综放面埋管抽采对采空区“三带”影响研究

【摘要】:综合机械化放顶煤采煤方法在我国广泛应用。其开采强度大、采空区遗煤多、空间大。因此,采空区瓦斯涌出和采空区遗煤自燃问题相当突出。 本论文是在目前采空区瓦斯涌出及运移规律、抽采条件下采空区环境特征、多孔介质理论、渗流控制方程及数值模拟的基础上,对综放工作面抽采条件下采空区“三带”分布进行系统的研究。分析工作面不同风量、抽放口深入采空区不同深度对“三带”的影响,并考察其瓦斯治理效果。并通过现场实测,验证模拟的可行性。通过对正行煤业1502工作面的研究表明: (1)工作面风量的增加采空区氧化带宽度也增加。且当1502工作面风量达到2000m3/min时,上隅角瓦斯还是较高。因此,仅仅靠通过提高工作面风量对来解决采空区不可行的,应该采取其他抽采措施相结合; (2)上隅角埋管深入采空区深度增加,采空区氧化带宽度增加。与采取抽放措施之前相比,抽放在一定程度上扩大了氧化带宽度。抽放口深入采空区15m时效果最好; (3)通过数值模拟研究与实测验证,1502工作面在风量1500m3/min及上隅角插管深入采空区15m时,不但消除上隅角瓦斯超限并将采空区氧化带宽度控制在一定范围。 综放工作面采空区的瓦斯抽采对采空区“三带”分布有重大影响。既要虑采空区“三带”分布、又要考虑抽采效果。论文对综放工作面埋管抽采对采空区“三带”的影响研究有很好的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive mechanized top coal caving method is widely used in our country. Its mining intensity is large, the goaf remains more coal, the space is large. Therefore, gas emission in goaf and spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf are quite prominent. This paper is based on the current law of gas emission and migration in goaf, the environmental characteristics of goaf under extraction conditions, the theory of porous media, the governing equation of seepage flow and numerical simulation. The distribution of "three zones" of goaf in fully mechanized caving face is studied systematically. This paper analyzes the influence of different air volume and different depth of drainage hole in goaf on "three zones", and investigates the effect of gas treatment. The feasibility of the simulation is verified by field measurement. Through the research on the No. 1502 working face of the positive coal industry, it is shown that: 1) the width of oxidation zone in goaf is also increased with the increase of air volume in working face. And when the air volume of 1502 face reaches 2000m3/min, the upper corner gas is still high. Therefore, it is not feasible to solve the goaf only by increasing the air volume of the working face, and other measures should be taken to combine the measures. 2) the depth of deep goaf increases and the width of oxidation zone increases. Compared with the former, the width of the oxidation zone was enlarged to a certain extent. The best effect is when the pumping opening is 15 m deep in the goaf. The numerical simulation study and the actual measurement verify that when the air volume 1500m3/min and the upper corner intubation go deep into the goaf for 15m, not only the gas in the upper corner is eliminated but also the width of the oxidation zone of the goaf is controlled in a certain range. Gas extraction in goaf of fully mechanized caving face has great influence on the distribution of three zones in goaf. We should not only consider the distribution of three zones in goaf, but also consider the effect of extraction. The paper has a good guiding significance for the study of the influence of buried pipe extraction on the goaf "three zones" in fully mechanized caving face.
