安全管理的经济激励方法筛选与评估研究

【摘要】：经济激励是创造安全效益的重要方法之一。本论文主要采用文献检索、理论分析和现场调研相结合的研究方法,对现有的安全管理的经济激励方法进行研究分析,从中筛选出具有进一步研究价值的方法,对所筛选出的方法的理论基础、作用原理、运行过程进行研究,对其所产生的安全管理效果进行评估,对其存在的问题进行分析,给出解决的方法,并对方法的可持续性及实用性进行研究。对我国煤炭生产企业现有的安全管理的经济激励方法进行分析后,根据正向激励与负向激励原理,基于方法自身因素与社会因素,研究得出“双基”考核、“安全伙伴”、“安全股票”与“隐患买卖”四种安全管理的经济激励方法具有进一步科学研究与评估的价值。
[Abstract]:Economic incentive is one of the important methods to create safety benefit. This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature retrieval, theoretical analysis and field investigation to study and analyze the existing economic incentive methods of safety management, and screen out the methods with further research value from them. The theoretical basis, action principle, operation process of the selected methods are studied, the safety management effect is evaluated, the existing problems are analyzed, and the solutions are given. The sustainability and practicability of the method are also studied. Based on the analysis of the existing economic incentive methods of safety management in coal production enterprises in China, according to the principle of positive and negative incentives, and based on the method itself and social factors, the paper concludes that "double base" examination, "safety partner", The four economic incentive methods of "safe stock" and "hidden trouble trading" have the value of further scientific research and evaluation.
