对安全学科中“事故”定义的探讨

【摘要】：正在学术领域,事故是安全学科的研究对象,其含义的明确意味着安全学科研究对象的明确,明确的研究对象是一门科学的存在基础。在实践上,事故是安全工作(事故预防)的目标,定义明确,工作的目标才能明确;而且要预防事故,必须要分析事故原因,其过程要求事故(即分析对象)的定义必须明确。因此,明确的"事故"定义十分必要。1目前"事故"定义存在的问题不同的国家对"事故"的定义有所差别。英国标准局在标准OHSAS 18001与
[Abstract]:In the academic field, accident is the research object of safety discipline. The clear meaning of accident means that the research object of safety discipline is clear, and the definite research object is the foundation of a science. In practice, accident is the goal of safety work (accident prevention), the definition is clear, the goal of work can be clear, and in order to prevent accident, the cause of accident must be analyzed, and its process requires the definition of accident (that is, the object of analysis) to be clear.
