澄合二矿复杂通风系统优化研究

【摘要】:矿井通风系统在煤矿安全生产中占有极为重要的地位,优化通风系统能够促进矿井生产的安全效益、经济效益和社会效益的全面提高。而矿井通风系统的优化是由众多定性及定量因素组成的复杂的决策问题。本文结合通风系统优化理论,综合考虑了通风系统的安全可靠性、技术可行性以及经济合理性,针对澄合二矿复杂通风系统,在现状分析的基础上提出了优化方案,对其进行了系统优化。 本文首先分析了澄合二矿通风系统的复杂性,针对矿井目前存在的问题,依据通风系统优化设计理论,提出了矿井通风系统六种优化方案,并对六种方案逐一进行通风网络解算,经过初步筛选得到了三个可行性方案。其次,依据安全评价理论,以通风系统的安全可靠性、经济合理性以及技术可行性作为二级指标建立了矿井通风系统评判指标体系,,并通过G1赋权法计算出各个指标的权值。最后依据灰色关联分析法理论,结合各个指标的权值对三个可行性方案进行评判。 通过澄合二矿通风系统优化方案的设计以及对方案的优选,最终得出方案Ⅲ的灰色关联度最大(0.0710),即:方案Ⅲ为综合最优方案。最终实现了通风系统的优化,对实际工作具有指导意义。同时,为类似于澄合二矿的复杂通风系统的优化提供了一种新的科学手段和依据。
[Abstract]:Mine ventilation system plays an important role in coal mine safety production. Optimizing ventilation system can promote the safety benefit, economic benefit and social benefit of mine production. The optimization of mine ventilation system is a complex decision problem composed of many qualitative and quantitative factors. Combined with the theory of ventilation system optimization, this paper comprehensively considers the safety, reliability, technical feasibility and economic rationality of ventilation system, aiming at the complex ventilation system of Chenghe No. 2 Mine, the optimization scheme is put forward on the basis of the analysis of the present situation. The system is optimized. This paper first analyzes the complexity of ventilation system in Chenghe No. 2 Mine, aiming at the problems existing in mine at present, according to the theory of optimal design of ventilation system, puts forward six optimization schemes of mine ventilation system. The six schemes were calculated one by one, and three feasible schemes were obtained by preliminary screening. Secondly, according to the safety evaluation theory, taking the safety reliability, economic rationality and technical feasibility of ventilation system as the second grade index, the evaluation index system of mine ventilation system is established, and the weight value of each index is calculated by G1 weighting method. Finally, according to the grey relational analysis theory, combined with the weight of each index to evaluate the three feasible schemes. Through the design of the ventilation system optimization scheme of Chenghe No. 2 Mine and the optimal selection of the scheme, it is concluded that the grey correlation degree of the scheme 鈪
