煤粒分散度对遗煤自燃影响的试验研究

【摘要】:为研究采空区遗煤粒度分布规律对煤氧化升温的影响,将采空区遗煤筛分成5组,分别计算各组筛分的煤样占整体遗煤的概率;然后分别对5组煤样和复合粒径煤样进行升温氧化试验。试验结果表明:采空区遗煤粒度分布密度,随粒径的增大呈现先增加后减少的变化特点;不同粒度的煤样耗氧速率随温度升高呈指数变化;在相同温度下,煤样复合粒度耗氧速率与不同粒径煤样的质量加权平均耗氧速率基本一致。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of particle size distribution law of coal in goaf on oxidation temperature of coal, the remaining coal in goaf was sifted into 5 groups, and the probability of coal sample in each group was calculated respectively. Then, five groups of coal samples and composite diameter coal samples were tested by heating oxidation test. The experimental results show that the particle size distribution density of coal in goaf increases first and then decreases with the increase of particle size, the oxygen consumption rate of coal samples of different granularity varies exponentially with the increase of temperature, and at the same temperature, The oxygen consumption rate of composite granularity of coal samples is basically consistent with the weighted average oxygen consumption rate of coal samples with different particle sizes.
