整合矿井巷道局部高温火区治理技术研究

【摘要】:针对整合矿井煤炭自燃火区治理的复杂性,提出了整合矿井巷道局部高温火区"探测—隔离—堵漏—治理—监测"系统性灭火方案,并在北祖矿9209运输巷和主井尾部两处典型局部高温火区进行了实践。治理过程中首先采用红外线测温装置探测火区范围,之后向高温巷道壁面喷涂灰砂浆,隔离火区并封堵漏风通道;根据探测出的火区范围,准确地向火区注入凝胶防灭火材料,并在较长时间内监测火区温度变化,防止火区复燃。灭火方案实施后,火区得到了有效治理,由此证明了该灭火方案对于整合矿井局部高温火区治理具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In view of the complexity of the treatment of coal spontaneous combustion area in integrated mine, a systematic fire extinguishing scheme of "detection, isolation, leak plugging, control and monitoring" in the local high temperature fire zone of integrated mine roadway is put forward. The practice has been carried out in two typical local high temperature fire areas of Beizu Mine, 9209 Transportation Lane and the tail of main well. In the course of treatment, the infrared temperature measuring device is used to detect the fire area, and then the mortar is sprayed on the wall of the high temperature roadway to isolate the fire area and seal the air leakage passage. According to the range of the detected fire zone, the gel fire extinguishing material is injected into the fire area accurately. The temperature change of the fire area is monitored for a long time to prevent the fire area from reburning. After the implementation of the fire extinguishing scheme, the fire area has been effectively treated, which proves that the fire extinguishing scheme has important guiding significance for the integration of the local high temperature fire area of the mine.
