基于系统测温的矸石山自燃状况评估方法

【摘要】:为了解决自燃矸石山治理过程中的测温难点,准确评估其火情状况,与工程实践相结合,建立了一套系统测温方法。系统测温方法按温度级将自燃矸石山划分为4个区:防控区、临界区、蓄热区以及发火区;测温从水平和垂直2个方向逐渐逼近高温区,直至锁定矸石山内部发火区。应用该方法对乌海美方矿1座矸石山进行系统测温,依据测温结果准确判定出防控区、临界区、蓄热区及发火区,其中,发火区及蓄热区作为灭火施工的重点区域,主要位于边坡中上部。研究认为,该方法省时省力地评估了矸石山的自燃状况,测温评估结果直接指导自燃矸石山的灭火施工。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the difficulty of temperature measurement in the control process of spontaneous combustion gangue mountain, a system temperature measurement method is established by combining with the engineering practice. The system temperature measurement method divides the spontaneous combustion gangue mountain into 4 areas according to the temperature level: the control area, the critical area, the regenerative area and the firing zone, and the temperature measurement is gradually forced from the horizontal and vertical directions in 2 directions. In the near high temperature area, the fire area of the Gangue Mountain is locked up. The method is used to measure the temperature of 1 gangue mountains in Wuhai mine. According to the results of the temperature measurement, the control area, the critical area, the regenerative area and the firing area are accurately determined. This method saves time and effort to assess the spontaneous combustion status of the waste dump, and the results of temperature measurement directly guide the fire fighting construction of spontaneous combustion gangue hill.
