【摘要】：正2015年12月3日,国家安全监管总局局长杨焕宁签署《煤矿重大生产安全事故隐患判定标准》(总局令第85号),并予公布,自公布之日起施行。该标准确定了15个方面的煤矿重大事故隐患:超能力、超强度或者超定员组织生产;瓦斯超限作业;煤与瓦斯突出矿井,未依照规定实施防突出措施;高瓦斯矿井未建立瓦斯抽采系统和监控系统,或者不能正常运行;通风系统不完善、不可靠;有严重水患,未采取有效措施;超层越界开
[Abstract]:On December 3, 2015, Yang Huanning, director of the State Administration of Safety Supervision and Administration, signed the Standard for the determination of Hidden dangers of Major production Safety Accidents in Coal Mines (decree No. 85 of the General Administration), which was promulgated and effective as of the date of promulgation.
