烟花爆竹集中销毁安全管理及风险管控方法探讨

【摘要】：吸取近年来国内烟花爆竹集中销毁爆炸事故教训以及成功案例经验,总结目前烟花爆竹集中销毁工作中存在的问题及风险。采用大数据技术联合烟花爆竹成功销毁操作管理流程研发了一套烟花爆竹大数据管控系统。国内企业保利久联集团和下属贵安新联爆破公司按照上述大数据管控系统及技术方案对贵州遵义新蒲新区湘江炮竹厂以及贵安新区所收缴的烟花爆竹全数成功销毁,进一步验证了该大数据管控系统及技术方案的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Based on the lessons and successful cases of concentrated destruction of fireworks and firecrackers in recent years, the problems and risks in the centralized destruction of fireworks and firecrackers are summarized. By using big data technology and firecracker destruction operation management process, a fireworks firecracker big data management system was developed. According to the big data control system and technical scheme mentioned above, the domestic enterprises Baoli Jiulian Group and its subordinate Gui'an Xinlian blasting Company successfully destroyed all the fireworks seized by Xiangjiang firecracker factory in Xinpu Xin District, Zunyi, Guizhou Province, and the fireworks collected in Gui'an New District. Further verify the big data management and control system and the reliability of the technical scheme.
