大型聚丙烯仓库设定防火分隔条件下的火灾烟气模拟与安全疏散研究

【摘要】:以某大型聚丙烯仓库为例,针对该仓库面积超过规范规定的问题,设计了防火分隔并对这种消防设计进行判断论证;同时采用FDS和STEPS对仓库现阶段情况进行火灾烟气和人员疏散的模拟.研究表明,在自然排烟条件下,火灾烟气对人员没有构成威胁,427.5 s内即完成了仓库全部人员的疏散,且安全余量较多.在现有消防设施正常工作的条件下,能满足人员安全疏散.该企业仓库能够达到预期的防火设计火灾安全性能目标.
[Abstract]:Taking a large polypropylene warehouse as an example, aiming at the problem of the warehouse area exceeding the specification, the fire prevention separation was designed and the fire design was judged and demonstrated. At the same time, FDS and STEPS were used to simulate the fire smoke and evacuation of the warehouse at the present stage. There is a threat, the evacuation of all the personnel in the warehouse is completed within 427.5 s, and the safety allowance is large. Under the condition of the normal work of the existing fire protection facilities, it can meet the safety evacuation of the personnel. The enterprise warehouse can reach the desired fire safety fire safety performance targets.
