基于定向钻机及随钻测量系统的定向长钻孔成孔工艺

【摘要】:针对大型高瓦斯矿井的钻掘交替矛盾日益突出难题,详细介绍了定向钻机的组成部分和工作原理。定向钻进装备主要包括全液压动力头式履带钻机、孔底测量探管、通缆钻杆、孔口监视器等主要配套设备,通过基于计算机自动控制系统的孔口监视器对螺杆钻具反扭角进行定量计算来实现钻孔的定向钻进和方位控制。最后,进行了工业试验,试验结果表明:主孔深度≥500m,钻孔成孔率达80%,各个参数均达到预期指标,可以满足煤矿实际生产的需要。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasingly prominent contradiction between drilling and driving in large and high gas mines, this paper introduces in detail the component and working principle of directional drilling rig. The directional drilling equipment mainly includes the full hydraulic power head crawler drill, the hole bottom measuring and detecting pipe, the cable drill pipe, the hole mouth monitor and so on. The directional drilling and azimuth control are realized by the quantitative calculation of the reverse torsion angle of the screw drill tool based on the orifice monitor of the computer automatic control system.
