瓦斯输送管路阻火式超压放散装置设计

【摘要】:低浓度瓦斯输送管路发生爆炸燃烧事故或发电机组因故停机时,势必造成瓦斯输送管路堵塞,瓦斯抽放泵站出现憋泵情况,直接影响到煤矿生产安全。阻火式超压放散装置利用水封原理在输送管路压力超过设定值时自动放散,避免出现憋泵;另外该装置还具有阻火功能,提高了抽放系统的安全性。介绍了阻火式超压放散装置的方案设计;详细说明了装置的结构设计和水位自动控制系统设计。
[Abstract]:When the low concentration gas conveying pipeline occurs the explosion combustion accident or the generator set stops for some reason, it will inevitably cause the gas transmission pipeline to be blocked, and the gas pumping station will appear the condition of holding the pump, which will directly affect the safety of the coal mine production. By using the principle of water seal, the fire-resistant overpressure releasing device can automatically release the conveying line when the pressure exceeds the set value, thus avoiding the occurrence of the choking pump. In addition, the device also has the function of preventing fire, which improves the safety of the pumping system. This paper introduces the scheme design of the fire resistance type overpressure releasing device, explains the structure design of the device and the design of the automatic control system of water level in detail.
