【摘要】:近年来,采用易燃易爆危险品进行恐怖袭击不断,且没有减弱的趋势,给人们生命和财产造成了极大的影响。另外,危险品在生产、运输、存放过程中发生泄露而引发的事故频繁发生,引起各国政府的极大关注。世界各国都在积极地探索更为有效、便捷的智能化探测装置,可以在第一时间探测环境中是否存在易燃易爆危险品,起到及早排除危险事故发生的目的。为了更为有效的检测出易燃易爆危险品的含量及种类,本文将在实验室已制备的分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)的基础上,采用合理的工艺,设计分子印迹特异性传感器,同时设计合理的硬件电路,编写程序,引入相应算法,得到一种更为有效且低功耗、使用方便的易燃易爆危险品探测装置,能够实时、准确的探测出易燃易爆危险品的种类,及时确定危险品的具体位置,做到及早预警,排除隐患,减少危险品安全事故的发生。论文采用多传感器融合技术,主要从两个方面进行研究:一方面有针对性的设计易燃易爆危险品探测系统硬件电路;另一方面结合相应的模块进行软件编程。硬件模块主要包括:探测模块驱动电路设计、信号采集模块设计、电源模块设计、A/D转换模块设计、LCD显示模块设计、报警模块、无线传输模块设计、抗干扰设计等;软件设计部分主要分为数据接收、数据融合、数据处理算法的设计。通过大量实验验证了该探测系统能够有效的探测到环境中是否存在易燃易爆危险品及其种类、含量信息,对早期预防危险事故的发生能够起到一定的推动作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the use of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods to carry out terrorist attacks continuously and without a weakening trend has caused great influence on people's lives and property. In addition, the frequent accidents caused by leakage in the process of production, transportation and storage have caused great attention of the governments of all countries. All countries in the world are actively exploring more. For effective and convenient intelligent detection devices, it is possible to detect inflammable and explosive hazardous substances in the first time and eliminate the occurrence of dangerous accidents as early as possible. In order to detect the content and types of inflammable and explosive dangerous products more effectively, this article will be based on the molecular imprinted polymer (MIPs) prepared in the laboratory. Using reasonable technology, designing molecular imprinting specific sensors, designing reasonable hardware circuits, writing programs and introducing corresponding algorithms, a more effective, low power, easy to use flammable and explosive detection device can be used to detect the types of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods in real time and accurately, and determine the dangerous goods in time. Specific position, early warning, eliminate hidden dangers, reduce the occurrence of dangerous goods safety accidents. This paper uses multi sensor fusion technology, mainly from two aspects: on the one hand, it has targeted design of the hardware circuit of flammable and explosive dangerous products detection system; on the other hand, it combines the corresponding modules for software programming. The hardware module is the main part. Including: detection module drive circuit design, signal acquisition module design, power module design, A/D conversion module design, LCD display module design, alarm module, wireless transmission module design, anti-interference design, and so on. The software design part is mainly divided into data receiving, data fusion, data processing algorithm design. Through a large number of experiments verified this The detection system can effectively detect the existence of inflammable and explosive dangerous products and their types, and the content information, which can play a certain role in preventing the occurrence of early risk accidents.
