矿山救护用快速密闭技术的研究与应用

【摘要】:火灾、煤尘、冲击地压和瓦斯爆炸等危险是矿井常见灾害,一旦发生,灾害区域扩展快,影响范围大,直接威胁矿井及其井下工作人员的生命安全,为防止灾害的扩大,减少损失,保障救援人员的生命安全,需要快速有效的建立起密闭隔离墙隔将易自燃区、有害气体源或瓦斯聚集区进行隔离。因此,研究矿山救护用快速密闭技术是矿山救援工作中亟待解决的一个重要课题。 论文在分析不同快速密闭的类型适应性基础上,研究了以气囊式密闭和水凝胶防爆密闭相结合的矿用快速密闭技术体系。首先,分析了水凝胶密闭填充材料的成胶工艺与成胶机理,提出水凝胶填充材料制备方法,实验研究了水凝胶填充材料的胶凝时间,,包括不同影响因素下胶凝时间的变化规律以及水凝胶材料最适宜浓度及胶凝时间,掌握了水凝胶材料的稳定性及力学性能。然后,选取了快速气囊密闭材料,测试了材料的阻燃性,同时,对不同形状巷道的适应性及结构设计进行分析,确定了气囊密闭的固定与充气方式。最后,通过在模拟巷道对不同的巷道密闭进行试验,实现了快速密闭的远距离安全施工,在大佛封煤矿和小南沟煤矿火灾救援应用表明,为火区快速隔离及救援起到很重要的作用。 论文通过研究进一步完善了矿山救护用快速密闭体系,为防止灾害的扩大、减少损失、保障救护人员的生命安全,创造安全的救援环境提供了保障,对增强矿井的防灾、抗灾能力,保证了矿工的生命安全有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Fire, coal dust, impact ground pressure and gas explosion are common disasters in mines. Once they occur, the disaster areas expand rapidly and have a wide range of impacts, which directly threaten the safety of mine and underground workers, and prevent the expansion of disasters. In order to reduce losses and ensure the safety of rescue workers, it is necessary to quickly and effectively set up a closed wall to separate areas that are prone to spontaneous combustion, harmful gas sources or gas accumulation areas. Therefore, it is an important task to solve the problem in mine rescue work to study the fast sealing technology for mine rescue. On the basis of analyzing the adaptability of different types of rapid sealing, the paper studies the technical system of mine rapid sealing combined with airbag sealing and hydrogel explosion proof sealing. Firstly, the gelation process and gelling mechanism of the hydrogel sealing filling material were analyzed, and the preparation method of the hydrogel filling material was put forward, and the gelation time of the hydrogel filling material was studied experimentally. The stability and mechanical properties of the hydrogel materials were mastered, including the change of gelation time under different factors, the optimum concentration of hydrogel materials and the gelation time. Then, the fast airbag sealing material is selected, the flame retardancy of the material is tested, and the adaptability and structure design of different shape roadways are analyzed, and the fixed and inflatable ways of airbag sealing are determined. Finally, through the experiment of different tunnel airtight in simulated roadway, the long distance safety construction of fast airtight is realized. The application of fire rescue in Dafofeng coal mine and Xiaonangou coal mine shows that, It plays an important role in fast isolation and rescue of fire area. Through the research, the paper further consummates the fast airtight system of mine rescue, which can prevent the expansion of disaster, reduce the loss, guarantee the life safety of rescuers, create a safe rescue environment, and enhance mine disaster prevention. The ability to resist disasters is of great significance to ensure the safety of miners.
