煤场储煤氧化温升特性试验研究

【摘要】:为研究煤场储煤自燃氧化特性,选取褐煤、烟煤、无烟煤各一种,研究温度、空气流量对3种煤样自燃氧化特性的影响。结果表明,3种煤样自燃氧化温升特性差异较大。在环境温度70℃时,随着空气流量增加,煤样的温升速率先增加后减小,但是褐煤与烟煤、无烟煤达到最大升温速率的空气流量不同。在空气流量30 mL/min条件下,随着环境温度升高,3种煤样温升速率先升高后降低,褐煤的温升速率最大,无烟煤最小。
[Abstract]:In order to study the characteristics of spontaneous combustion oxidation of coal storage in coal yard, one kind of lignite, one kind of bituminous coal and one kind of anthracite were selected to study the effects of temperature and air flow rate on the oxidation characteristics of three kinds of coal samples.
