磷酸二氢铵与碳酸钙抑制煤尘燃烧试验研究

【摘要】:为了评价煤尘的着火危险性以及保证安全生产,采用Godbert-Green恒温炉测试装置研究粉体分散压力,磷酸二氢铵与碳酸钙惰性介质浓度,粒径对煤尘最低着火温度的影响。试验结果表明:对于粒径45~48μm质量0.3 g的煤尘,分散压力在0.03 MPa时其着火温度最低,温度为584℃。当添加粒径45~50μm磷酸二氢铵、碳酸钙以及碳酸钙与磷酸二氢铵质量比分别为1∶1、1∶2、2∶1的混合粉时煤尘的燃烧得到明显的抑制,其抑制能力顺序依次为磷酸二氢铵混合粉碳酸钙。惰性介质粒径为50~250μm、45~50μm、38~45μm、38μm与煤尘混合燃烧,其最低着火温度随着粒径的减小而增大。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the ignition risk of coal dust and ensure safe production, the effects of powder dispersion pressure, concentration of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium carbonate inert medium and particle size on the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust were studied by Godbert-Green constant temperature furnace test device.
