基于可拓学的安全评价方法研究

【摘要】:随着社会的进步和经济的发展,安全科学也在不断发展和完善。安全评价作为安全科学的一项重要技术手段,已成为安全生产和管理不可缺少的关键环节。安全评价方法的选择是安全评价工作的关键,直接影响到评价效果,对提高安全评价工作质量,确保安全生产有着重要的意义。在分析和总结国内外学者关于安全评价方法研究成果的基础上,本文将可拓学理论引入安全评价领域,提出了基于可拓学的安全评价方法,并建立了安全评价模型。 在理论研究的基础上,结合合成氨厂实例,利用基于可拓学的安全评价模型对其进行安全评价。首先,从“人—机—环—管理”的角度出发,采用实地考察,问卷调查等方式,全面分析了评价系统中存在的安全隐患,提出了合成氨装置安全评价指标体系,并对指标进行无量纲化处理。在参考大量规范和标准并结合工业生产实际基础上,将评价系统的安全性划分为安全、较安全、一般安全和不安全4个等级。其次,结合指标体系,及搜集到的安全状况数据,通过可拓层次分析法计算指标权重值。引入物元可拓理论构建待评价物元、节域物元和经典域物元,利用可拓关联函数,计算各指标的可拓关联度,进一步计算评价系统的综合关联度。最终根据评价系统的综合关联度确定评价系统的安全性等级,得出评价结论,提出相应的安全对策措施和建议。文章还应用MATLAB强大的计算功能和VB语言的可视化功能开发了基于可拓学的合成氨装置安全评价系统。该系统的运用将有效提升安全评价和企业安全管理水平。 运用基于可拓学的安全评价方法得出比较合理的评价结果,合成氨企业可以根据评价结果有针对性地采取必要的安全对策措施,以实现安全生产的目的。证明了评价模型的合理性和实用性,为企业的安全管理、科学决策,及安全评价机构科学合理、定性定量的安全评价提供一个新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of economy, safety science is also developing and perfecting. As an important technical means of safety science, safety assessment has become an indispensable key link in production safety and management. The selection of safety evaluation method is the key of safety evaluation work, which directly affects the evaluation effect, and has important significance to improve the quality of safety evaluation work and ensure safety production. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research results of safety evaluation methods by domestic and foreign scholars, this paper introduces extension theory into the field of safety evaluation, puts forward a safety evaluation method based on extension science, and establishes a safety evaluation model. On the basis of theoretical research, combined with an example of ammonia plant, the safety evaluation model based on extension theory is used to evaluate the safety of ammonia plant. First of all, from the point of view of "man-machine-ring management", by means of field investigation and questionnaire survey, the safety hidden dangers in the evaluation system are comprehensively analyzed, and the safety evaluation index system of synthetic ammonia plant is put forward. And the index is dimensionless. On the basis of referring to a large number of specifications and standards and combining with the industrial production practice, the security of the evaluation system is divided into four grades: safety, general safety and insecurity. Secondly, combined with the index system and the collected safety data, the index weight value is calculated by extension analytic hierarchy process. The matter-element extension theory is introduced to construct the matter-element, the nodal matter-element and the classical matter-element. By using the extension correlation function, the extension correlation degree of each index is calculated, and the comprehensive correlation degree of the evaluation system is further calculated. Finally, according to the comprehensive correlation degree of the evaluation system, the security grade of the evaluation system is determined, and the evaluation conclusions are obtained, and the corresponding safety countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The safety evaluation system of ammonia plant based on extension is also developed by using the powerful computing function of MATLAB and the visual function of VB language. The application of the system will effectively improve the safety evaluation and enterprise safety management level. By using the method of safety evaluation based on extension science, the reasonable evaluation results are obtained. According to the evaluation results, the synthetic ammonia enterprises can take necessary safety countermeasures in order to realize the purpose of safety in production. It proves the rationality and practicability of the evaluation model, and provides a new way for safety management, scientific decision making, and scientific, rational, qualitative and quantitative safety evaluation of enterprises.
