无机磷化合物对煤自燃的阻化作用研究

【摘要】:煤炭工业是我国经济发展及社会进步的基础工业,煤矿安全形势日趋严峻,自然灾害多有发生。顶板、瓦斯、煤尘、火灾和水灾并称煤矿五大灾害,此中以矿井火灾为甚。矿井火灾之中又有93%的灾害是因煤氧化自燃而引发的。矿井火灾的发生严重威胁着煤矿安全运行,危害着职工生命健康,所以开展矿井火灾及其后续引发的其他灾害的预防治理工作,对煤矿井下进行安全作业具有十分重要的意义。因而找到一种科学合理易于实施且效果良好的阻化剂对煤矿企业的煤自燃阻化工作提供理论支持显得尤为重要。通过对煤自燃及其防治机理、无机磷化合物阻化机理及技术的现状分析,结合相关专业知识,选取了次亚磷酸钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸三钠和磷酸铝四种常见且阻化机理存在差异的无机磷化合物,针对范各庄肥煤和荆各庄气煤两种煤样,进行了一系列实验研究。首先采用程序升温-气相色谱联用实验,选定了煤自燃氧化过程中的指标气体,根据其产生及突变的温度点探究了指标气体释放规律;接着利用傅里叶红外变换光谱实验,根据加入阻化剂后,煤分子中-OH羟基、脂肪族、芳香烃及含氧官能团发生的改变,分析了无机磷化合物对煤自燃的阻化作用;然后通过电子自旋共振实验,研究了煤自然氧化阻化过程里随温度上升,谱线图、g因子和自由基浓度Ng的改变;最后进行同步热分析实验,将热特性数据整理制图,依此探究阻化前后煤样特征温度点及热特性的改变。通过对上述实验结果进行分析,在煤炭自燃氧化及阻化不同阶段,从宏观和微观角度共同探究无机磷化合物对煤自燃的阻化作用,对指示煤氧化自燃预防治理工作颇具实际性意义。
[Abstract]:Coal industry is the basic industry of economic development and social progress in our country. The situation of coal mine safety is becoming more and more serious, and natural disasters often occur. Roof, gas, coal dust, fire and flood are five major disasters in coal mine, especially mine fire. In the mine fire, 93% of the disasters were caused by coal oxidation spontaneous combustion. The occurrence of mine fire seriously threatens the safe operation of coal mine and endangers the life and health of workers, so it is of great significance to carry out the prevention and control work of mine fire and other disasters caused by it. Therefore, it is very important to find a scientific, reasonable and effective inhibitor to provide theoretical support for coal spontaneous combustion resistance in coal mining enterprises. By analyzing the present situation of coal spontaneous combustion and its prevention mechanism, inorganic phosphorus compound blocking mechanism and technology, combined with relevant professional knowledge, sodium hypophosphite and sodium dihydrogen phosphate were selected. Four common inorganic phosphate compounds, trisodium phosphate and aluminum phosphate, which have different blocking mechanisms, were studied experimentally for two kinds of coal samples: Fangezhuang fat coal and Jinggezhuang gas coal. The index gas in the process of spontaneous combustion oxidation of coal was selected by temperature programmed gas chromatography (GC-GC), and the law of index gas release was investigated according to the temperature point of its occurrence and mutation. Then, the FTIR experiment was used. According to the changes of -OH hydroxyl group, aliphatic group, aromatic hydrocarbon and oxygen-containing functional group in coal molecule after the addition of inhibitor, the inhibition effect of inorganic phosphorus compound on coal spontaneous combustion was analyzed, and then the electron spin resonance (ESR) experiment was carried out. The changes of spectrum diagram g factor and free radical concentration Ng in the process of natural oxidation resistance of coal were studied with the increase of temperature. Finally, simultaneous thermal analysis experiments were carried out, and the data of thermal characteristics were processed and mapped. According to this, the change of characteristic temperature point and thermal characteristic of coal sample before and after blocking is explored. Through the analysis of the above experimental results, in the different stages of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation and inhibition, the inhibition effect of inorganic phosphorus compounds on coal spontaneous combustion was studied from the macro and micro angles. It is of practical significance for the prevention and treatment of indicating coal oxidation spontaneous combustion.
