巷道掘进粉尘综治措施及水封爆破降尘研究

【摘要】：通过分析矿山矿尘可能造成的危害,从主动减尘和被动防尘两个方面概述了国内外矿尘的综治措施。结合贵州某磷矿的平硐开拓工程,采用水封爆破方式,对地下矿山的粉尘综合治理进行了现场试验。研究结果表明,采用1支水封袋爆破时的平均TSP含量比无堵塞条件下爆破时分别降低了44.2%、51.5%;采用2支水封袋比采用1支水封袋时平均TSP含量降低了13.2%。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the possible harm caused by mine dust, the comprehensive control measures of mine dust at home and abroad are summarized from two aspects: active dust reduction and passive dust control. Combined with the development project of a phosphate mine in Guizhou, the field test was carried out on the comprehensive treatment of dust in underground mine by using water seal blasting method. The results show that the average TSP content in blasting with one water seal bag is decreased by 44.2 and 51.5, respectively, and the average TSP content by using two water sealing bags is lower than that with one water seal bag.
