基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理研究

【摘要】:企业安全管理方式随着“以人为本”理念的逐步深化,面临着变革与调整。企业安全管理系统中最活跃、最具决定意义的因素“人”在企业安全管理和事故预防中发挥着重要作用。因此,如何对具有不同个体特征的员工进行有针对性的安全管理,,具有重要的现实意义。我国企业安全管理形势严峻,安全管理工作落实过程中,有些企业的员工整体呈现被动型人特征,因此,需要找到如何对这类企业进行有针对性的安全管理对策。研究借助事件相关电位(ERPs)实验方法,针对被动型个体特征与企业安全管理方式间的匹配关系、被动型个体特征与企业约束型安全管理惩罚类型间的匹配关系、被动型个体特征与企业约束型安全管理惩罚强度间的关系问题展开研究,主要包括四个部分。 第一,构建了基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理研究的理论框架。从个体特征间的差异及如何进行有针对性的安全管理出发,分析了被动型个体与企业约束型安全管理之间的关系;结合企业安全管理与认知神经科学理论,阐述实施企业约束型安全管理的理论基础;从内容与结构角度出发,确立了企业约束型安全管理研究的理论框架。 第二,设计了针对被动型个体的企业约束型安全管理ERPs实验。在提出研究假设与研究模型的基础上,建立了企业约束型安全管理ERPs实验的理论模型;从不同实验目的出发,提出不同实验假设,设计了基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理信号偏好实验、基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理惩罚信号强度实验及基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理惩罚信号类型实验。 第三,处理与分析基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理ERPs实验结果。采用Scan4.5脑电分析软件,按照脑电数据处理的规定步骤,对不同实验的脑电数据进行处理与分析;运用SPSS17.0统计分析软件,对不同实验,不同实验参与者,不同电极位的数据进行数据处理与分析,得到相应的数据处理分析结果。 最后,提出基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理对策。对ERPs实验结果进行讨论,确定基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理对策提出的依据;从实施原则与关注对象角度给出对基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理对策实施的建议;以ERPs实验结果和我国安全生产方针为指导,确定基于被动型个体特征的企业约束型安全管理对策的关键要素。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of the concept of "people-oriented", enterprise safety management is facing reform and adjustment. In the enterprise safety management system, the most active and decisive factor "person" plays an important role in the enterprise safety management and accident prevention. Therefore, how to carry on the targeted safety management to the staff with different individual characteristics, has the important practical significance. The situation of enterprise safety management in our country is severe. In the process of carrying out safety management, some employees in some enterprises have the characteristics of passive person. Therefore, it is necessary to find out how to carry out targeted safety management countermeasures for this kind of enterprises. Based on the event-related potential (ERPs) experiment, the matching relationship between the passive individual characteristics and the enterprise safety management style, the passive individual characteristic and the enterprise constraint safety management punishment type are studied in the light of the matching relationship between the passive individual characteristics and the enterprise safety management style. This paper studies the relationship between passive individual characteristics and the punishment intensity of enterprise constraint safety management, which consists of four parts. Firstly, the theoretical framework of enterprise constrained security management based on passive individual characteristics is constructed. Based on the differences of individual characteristics and how to carry out targeted safety management, this paper analyzes the relationship between passive individual and enterprise constrained safety management, and combines enterprise safety management with cognitive neuroscience theory. This paper expounds the theoretical basis for the implementation of enterprise constrained safety management, and establishes the theoretical framework for the study of enterprise constrained safety management from the point of view of content and structure. Secondly, we design the ERPs experiment of the enterprise constraint security management for the passive individuals. On the basis of research hypothesis and research model, the theoretical model of ERPs experiment of enterprise constrained safety management is established, and different experimental hypotheses are put forward for different purposes of the experiment. Based on the passive individual characteristics, the paper designs an experiment of enterprise constrained security management signal preference. Based on the passive individual characteristics, the enterprise constrained security management punishment signal intensity experiment and the passive individual characteristics based enterprise constraint safety management punishment signal type experiment. Third, deal with and analyze the ERPs experiment results of enterprise constrained security management based on passive individual characteristics. According to the prescribed steps of EEG data processing, the EEG data of different experiments are processed and analyzed by Scan4.5 software, and the data of different experiments and different experiment participants are analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software. The data of different electrode sites are processed and analyzed, and the corresponding data processing and analysis results are obtained. At last, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of enterprise constraint security management based on passive individual characteristics. The results of ERPs experiment are discussed, and the basis of enterprise constrained security management strategy based on passive individual characteristics is determined. From the point of view of implementing principle and object of concern, this paper gives some suggestions on the implementation of enterprise constrained safety management countermeasures based on passive individual characteristics, which is guided by the results of ERPs experiments and the safety production policy of our country. To determine the key elements of the enterprise constraint security management strategy based on the passive individual characteristics.
