【摘要】:利用标准测试装置Godbert-Greenwald恒温炉对硫化矿尘进行了矿尘云最低着火温度试验研究。在设定试验条件下测试了硫化矿尘云最低着火温度,并探究了矿尘含硫量、粒度以及质量浓度对硫化矿尘云最低着火温度的影响。结果表明:A、B、C 3种硫化矿尘云最低着火温度分别为386、454、512℃;最低着火温度随矿尘含硫量的增加而降低、随粒径的减小而降低、随矿尘质量浓度的增加呈现先降低后升高趋势。研究结果对了解硫化矿尘云着火、爆炸危险性和指导硫化矿山安全生产具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:The minimum ignition temperature of sulphide dust was studied by Godbert-Greenwald constant temperature furnace. The minimum ignition temperature of sulphide dust cloud was measured under the set test conditions, and the effects of sulfur content, particle size and mass concentration on the minimum ignition temperature of sulphide dust cloud were investigated.
