酸刺沟矿综放面煤柱联巷密闭设计研究

【摘要】:联巷密闭是煤矿井下重要的通风设施,酸刺沟井田煤层吸氧性强,且含有黄铁矿结核或薄膜,煤层易发生自燃,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。酸刺沟矿6上煤层采用放顶煤工艺回采,6上107工作面煤柱联巷密闭受工作面采动影响出现微裂隙,这些裂隙连通了本采面与相邻采空区(6上105工作面采空区),6上107工作面距离地表平均230m,地表产生大量裂隙,联巷密闭裂隙的存在使得矿井在负压通风下,形成了地表风流向采空区的漏风通道,给矿井采空区火灾带来隐患。为了确保煤矿井下安全生产工作的进行,需对联巷密闭的构置进行系统研究,以期联巷密闭取得安全可靠的效果,满足酸刺沟矿安全生产的要求。 在对酸刺沟矿地质条件分析的基础上,结合酸刺沟矿已有煤岩物理力学参数,应用理论分析与数值模拟相结合等方法对密闭保持稳定下的区段煤柱宽度进行研究,确定了区段煤柱留设25m时是合理的;经验公式和数值模拟确定了联巷密闭构筑位置距离6上105采空区边缘20m处。 在前面分析基础上提出了联巷密闭的设计方案,并对密闭施工工艺和管理进行研究,最后对密闭的性能进行了分析,所设计的联巷密闭能够满足矿井安全生产的要求,对相似条件的其它矿井的联巷密闭建造也具一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Combined roadway closure is an important ventilation facility in the coal mine. The coal seam in the acid-Cigou mine field has strong oxygen absorption and contains pyrite nodules or films. The coal seam is prone to spontaneous combustion and the coal dust has the risk of explosion. The caving technology is adopted in No. 6 upper coal seam of Yuxicigou Coal Mine to produce micro-cracks in the closed coal pillar roadway of No. 6 Upper 107 working face, which is affected by the mining movement of the working face. These fissures connect the original mining face with the adjacent goaf No. 105 working face, the average distance from the face of No. 107 to the ground surface is 230 m, and a large number of cracks occur on the surface. The existence of the closed cracks in the joint roadway causes the mine to be ventilated under negative pressure. The air leakage passage from surface air flow to goaf is formed, which brings hidden danger to mine goaf fire. In order to ensure the safe production of underground coal mine, it is necessary to make a systematic study on the construction of the airtight roadway in order to obtain the safe and reliable effect and meet the requirements of safe production in Suanzigou Mine. Based on the analysis of the geological conditions of the acid-Cigou mine and the physical and mechanical parameters of the existing coal and rock in the Suichigou mine, the width of the coal pillar in the section kept stable by sealing is studied by combining the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. It is determined that it is reasonable to keep coal pillar in section at 25 m, and the distance between the position of closed construction of joint roadway and the edge of 105 goaf on 6 is determined by empirical formula and numerical simulation. On the basis of the previous analysis, this paper puts forward the design scheme of the combined roadway sealing, and studies the construction technology and management of the combined roadway. Finally, the performance of the airtight is analyzed. The design can meet the requirements of mine safety production. It can also be used for reference in the construction of closed roadways in other mines with similar conditions.
