AP600冷凝实验本体承压与密封性能分析及改进

【摘要】:针对威斯康辛大学AP600冷凝实验的实验本体进行结构分析,计算其承压能力和密封性能。因通过计算发现实验本体承压性能不足,提出改进实验本体结构的设计方法。通过ANSYS有限元计算分析了改进后的实验本体的承压性能。结果表明,改进后的实验本体,具有更好的承压能力,可满足更高的实验参数需要。
[Abstract]:The experimental body of AP600 condensation experiment at the University of Wisconsin was analyzed and its bearing capacity and sealing performance were calculated. The design method of improving the structure of the experimental body is put forward because of the deficiency of the bearing capacity of the experimental body found by calculation. The pressure bearing performance of the improved experimental body is analyzed by ANSYS finite element method. The results show that the improved experimental body has a better bearing capacity and can meet the needs of higher experimental parameters.
