一种转子式喷射机除尘装置的研究与应用

【摘要】：煤矿井下使用混凝土喷射机作为锚喷支护的重要工具,但喷射时的上料扬尘和机旁粉尘一直是困扰煤矿安全生产的一大难题。在分析现有转子式喷射机产尘原因与现有除尘方式问题的基础上,设计了一种新型矿用转子式混凝土喷射机配套除尘装置。该装置主要由料斗除尘系统、余气口集尘装置、防尘围板及转子体处防尘罩配降尘喷雾系统组成,现场实践表明该装置从使用工艺和技术上能有效地解决转子式喷射机机旁粉尘浓度大的问题。
[Abstract]:Concrete jet machine is used as an important tool for bolting and shotcreting support in coal mine. However, the dust of loading material and dust beside the machine is always a difficult problem in the safe production of coal mine. Based on the analysis of the causes of dust production and the existing dust removal methods of the existing rotor type ejector, a new type of dust removal device for mine rotor type concrete ejector is designed. The device is mainly composed of a hopper dust removal system, a dust collecting device at a residual air port, a dust-proof coaming plate and a dust shield at the rotor body and a dust-reducing spray system. The field practice shows that the device can effectively solve the problem of high dust concentration in the rotor ejector from the use of technology and technology.
