突出煤与非突出煤微孔特征的实验研究

【摘要】:随着矿井开采深度的增加,煤与瓦斯突出现象将会日益增多,怎样预防和控制煤与瓦斯突出是我们不得不面临的严峻考验。随着对煤孔隙结构研究不断深入,我们发现煤的孔隙结构对储存瓦斯的能力,渗透性等有很大影响,特别是占煤孔隙中大量表面积的微孔及微微孔,所以对煤微观孔隙结构的深入研究,不仅能从微观上说明瓦斯在煤里的赋存机理,并且对于探明煤与瓦斯突出现象有重大意义。本文通过对不同矿井不同煤样的工业分析,得出不同煤样的瓦斯放散速度,坚固性系数,初步判定煤样的突出性;通过低温氮吸附试验,得出等温吸附曲线,比较了突出煤和非突出煤吸附量的差异;通过Langmuir, HK等方法分析了突出煤和非突出煤在微观孔隙特征比表面积、孔容积、孔径分布上存在的差异,最终得出煤的微观孔隙特征对于其突出与非突出的影响。通过实验研究得出:突出煤的微孔比表面积大于非突出煤;突出煤在极低相对压力下的微孔吸附量明显大于非突出煤;通过HK方程计算出的突出煤和非突出煤的微孔孔径分布并无明显差异;通过DA方程计算出来突出煤的孔容积明显大于非突出煤。
[Abstract]:With the increase of mining depth, the phenomenon of coal and gas outburst will increase day by day. How to prevent and control coal and gas outburst is a severe test that we have to face. With the further study of the pore structure of coal, we find that the pore structure of coal has great influence on the gas storage ability, permeability and so on, especially the micropores and pico-pores, which account for a large number of surface areas in coal pores. Therefore, the further study on the micro-pore structure of coal can not only explain the mechanism of gas occurrence in coal microscopically, but also have great significance for the detection of coal and gas outburst phenomenon. Based on the industrial analysis of different coal samples in different mines, the gas emission velocity and the coefficient of solidity of different coal samples are obtained, the protruding properties of coal samples are preliminarily determined, and the isothermal adsorption curves are obtained by nitrogen adsorption tests at low temperature. The difference of adsorption capacity between outburst coal and non-outburst coal was compared, and the differences of pore surface area, pore volume and pore size distribution between outburst coal and non-outburst coal were analyzed by Langmuir, HK and other methods. Finally, the influence of micro-pore characteristics of coal on its outburst and non-outburst is obtained. The experimental results show that the specific surface area of the outburst coal is larger than that of the non-outburst coal, and the adsorption capacity of the outburst coal under the extremely low relative pressure is obviously larger than that of the non-outburst coal. There is no obvious difference between the pore size distribution of outburst coal and non-outburst coal calculated by HK equation, and the pore volume of outburst coal calculated by DA equation is obviously larger than that of non-outburst coal.
