基于物联网的化工园区事故态势感知研究

【摘要】:化工园区内大量危险物质及工艺装置聚集,潜在事故风险拓展由点及面。传统风险的管控技术存在监控覆盖面窄、实时信息共享不足、数据服务表观化、研判策略经验化等局限性。采用现代物联网技术,构建数据驱动的、面向态势感知的应急信息系统,对提升区域风险管控及事故应急一体化、集成化水平具有重要意义。本文以化工园区区域性事故灾害预防及应急一体化管控为核心目标,以态势信息流作为研究主线,结合物联网技术优势与态势感知理论指导,选取危险物质泄漏扩散事故场景进行态势感知及其信息支持系统的研究与开发。主要研究内容如下:(1)化工园区事故态势感知技术需求分析。基于态势感知信息模型,采用数据驱动的需求分析方法,识别化工园区事故态势感知在数据采集、数据挖掘、数据集成等技术层面的关键需求,即分布式联网数据采集、智能事故态势分析及园区级集成应用平台。(2)化工园区联网数据采集与监测技术方案设计。基于物联网感知层与网络层技术,确定监测终端部署、通信传输组网、数据集中采集策略。通过构建化工园区安全监控小型试验平台,开发数据集中采集与前端监测预警程序,为园区级应急信息在线服务平台的原型系统开发提供底层技术支持。(3)危险物质泄漏扩散事故态势研判技术研究。包括事故源参数反演和事故模式识别技术。当事故模式已知时,基于扩散浓度场拟合原理,结合监测数据及经典扩散后果模型,构建参数优化求解模型,反向演算包括事故源位置、源强等在内的关键源项参数;当事故模式未知时,将监测数据分别与不同泄漏扩散模式及其后果模型进行优化搜索与匹配分析,从而确定最佳匹配的事故模型进行参数反演。通过数值仿真实验说明其可行性与有效性,并从准确性、稳健性与计算效率等方面对方法性能加以分析。(4)基于WEB的化工园区应急信息服务平台开发。采用MVC模式的Struts2+Spring+Hibernate+Ajax框架,综合运用主流Java Web开发技术,构建覆盖全区域、远程联网、实时动态的园区级应急信息在线共享与集成应用平台,重点开发了应急值守管理和应急监测预警2个子系统,共含11个功能模块。
[Abstract]:A large number of hazardous substances and process equipment are gathered in the chemical park, and the potential accident risk is expanded from point and surface. The traditional risk management technology has some limitations, such as narrow monitoring coverage, lack of real-time information sharing, apparent data service, empirical research strategy, and so on. Using modern Internet of things technology to construct data-driven and situation-oriented emergency information system is of great significance to improve the integration of regional risk management and accident emergency. This paper takes the regional accident disaster prevention and emergency management and control as the core goal, taking the situation information flow as the main line of study, combining with the technology advantage of the Internet of things and the guidance of situation awareness theory. The situation awareness and information support system of hazardous substance leakage and diffusion accident were studied and developed. The main research contents are as follows: 1) Analysis of the technical requirements of accident situational awareness in the Chemical Industry Park. Based on the situation awareness information model and using the data-driven requirement analysis method, the key requirements of the accident situation awareness in the chemical industry park are identified in the aspects of data acquisition, data mining, data integration and so on, that is, distributed networked data acquisition. Intelligent accident situation analysis and integrated application platform. Based on the technology of the perception layer and the network layer of the Internet of things, the monitoring terminal deployment, the communication transmission network and the data collection strategy are determined. By constructing a small test platform for safety monitoring in chemical industry park, the program of centralized data collection and front-end monitoring and warning is developed. It provides the underlying technical support for the development of the prototype system of the online emergency information service platform at the park level. Including accident source parameter inversion and accident pattern recognition technology. When the accident mode is known, based on the fitting principle of diffusion concentration field, combined with the monitoring data and the classical diffusion consequence model, the parameter optimization solution model is constructed, and the key source parameters including the location of the accident source and the source strength are calculated by reverse calculus. When the accident mode is unknown, the monitoring data are optimized and analyzed with different leakage and diffusion models and their consequence models, and then the optimal matching accident model is determined for parameter inversion. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are illustrated by numerical simulation experiments. The performance of the method is analyzed from the aspects of accuracy, robustness and calculation efficiency.) the emergency information service platform of chemical industry park based on Web is developed. Adopting Struts2 Spring hibernate Ajax framework of MVC pattern, synthetically using mainstream Java web development technology, constructing the on-line sharing and integration application platform of emergency information at the campus level, covering the whole area, remote networking and real-time dynamic. Two subsystems of emergency duty management and emergency monitoring and warning are developed, which contain 11 functional modules.
