石门揭煤和立井揭煤卸压抽排钻孔布置数学模型及可视化

【摘要】:煤矿井下发生的煤与瓦斯突出事故是复杂的矿井动力现象之一,它的发生往往给矿井生产带来严重的影响和破坏。煤矿煤与瓦斯突出大部分在揭煤时发生,因此揭煤突出是最主要的突出模式之一。在我国目前的技术发展水平下,穿层钻孔卸压预抽煤体瓦斯是煤矿揭煤的主要局部防突措施,这些措施的实施有效地防治了煤与瓦斯突出。但在实际中,钻孔布置参数的选择依据不统一,理论依据不足,常带有不同设计人员的经验性,这导致了卸压抽排钻孔的有效性降低,生产成本增高;对于钻孔布置参数也没有完全实现计算机自动计算,在实际计算时耗时较长,有时存在较大误差。另外,现有卸压抽排钻孔施工图都是二维示意图,不能直观显示揭煤钻孔布置的可视化图形。 因此,本文为了准确、快速地得出不同巷道与煤层位置关系下石门揭煤和立井揭煤卸压抽排钻孔参数,自动绘制其可视化图形以直观地指导煤矿井巷揭煤卸压抽排钻孔的施工,采用解析几何的方法建立石门揭煤和立井揭煤卸压抽排钻孔参数计算模型,并用AutoCAD中的可视化方法建立三维巷道、钻孔及煤层的可视化模型,然后用VBA编程,设计出便于输入不同条件参数的用户界面,通过运行程序求得钻孔布置参数,绘制出可视化图形。得出的图形及设计参数与实际较为接近,可直接指导煤矿石门揭煤和立井揭煤卸压抽排钻孔的设计及施工,所建立的参数计算模型也可作为钻孔设计人员的参考。
[Abstract]:Coal and gas outburst accidents in coal mine are one of the complex mine dynamic phenomena, which often bring serious influence and destruction to mine production. Most coal and gas outbursts occur in coal mining, so uncovering coal outburst is one of the most important outburst modes. Under the present technology development level of our country, the coal body gas is the main local anti-outburst measure in coal mine, which has effectively prevented coal and gas outburst. However, in practice, the selection of drilling layout parameters is not uniform, the theoretical basis is not enough, and often has the experience of different designers, which leads to the reduction of the effectiveness of pressure relief drainage drilling and the increase of production cost. The automatic calculation of drill hole layout parameters is not realized by computer either. It takes a long time in actual calculation, and sometimes there is a big error. In addition, the working drawings of pressure-relief drainage boreholes are all two-dimensional schematics, which can not visualize the layout of uncovering coal holes. Therefore, in order to be accurate, this paper can quickly get the parameters of the extraction and drainage of Shimen coal and vertical coal under different roadways and coal seam positions, and draw the visual figure automatically to guide the construction of coal unpressurized extraction and drainage drilling in coal mine roadways directly and intuitively. The analytical geometry method is used to establish the calculation model of the parameters of Shimen uncovering coal and vertical shaft unpressurized pumping hole, and the visualization model of 3D roadway, borehole and coal seam is established by the visualization method in AutoCAD, and then VBA is used to program the model. The user interface which is convenient to input different conditional parameters is designed, and the borehole layout parameters are obtained by the running program, and the visual figure is drawn. The figure and design parameters obtained are close to the actual situation, which can direct the design and construction of the unpressurized boreholes in the coal mine Shimen uncovering and the vertical shafts, and the calculation model of the parameters can also be used as a reference for the drill-hole designers.
