清水营煤矿重大危险源危险性评价

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的不断增长,煤炭企业日益壮大。但是我国煤炭企业数量多、分布广,地质装备水平相对落后,仍然以劳动密集型为主,从业人员队伍庞大,安全生产问题相对突出,属于工矿商贸企业中的高危行业,是国家安全生产工作的重中之重。为了减少煤矿事故降低事故的严重程度,对煤矿重大危险源进行安全性分析具有十分重要的意义。 本研究以神华宁夏煤业集团清水营煤矿生产为背景,综合分析清水营煤矿的各类危险、危害因素,从生产系统的角度对清水营煤矿重大危险源进行分析,采用预先危险评价分析重大危险源的危险性等级,采用事故树的方法找到各种危险源的的要相关因素及其作用,采用模糊数学的方法进行危险性综合评价,构建了清水营煤矿重大危险源安全评价体系。 在复杂的煤矿生产环境下,本研究为清水营煤矿提供了一个可应用的体系和若干关键技术,将系统性、动态性的思想渗透到了整个过程,对妥善地预防和处理煤矿安全事故具有直接可操作价值,并且对构建清水营煤矿现代化的安全管理机制和实现对煤矿发展的持续、高效管理具有现实意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous growth of China's economy, coal enterprises are growing stronger and stronger. However, the number of coal enterprises in China is large, the distribution is wide, the level of geological equipment is relatively backward, it is still mainly labor-intensive, the number of employees is huge, the problem of safety production is relatively prominent, and it belongs to the high-risk industry in industrial, mining and commercial enterprises. It is the most important work of national safety production. In order to reduce coal mine accidents and reduce the severity of accidents, it is of great significance to analyze the safety of major coal mine hazards. Based on Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group's production of Qingying Coal Mine, this study comprehensively analyzed all kinds of dangerous and harmful factors in Qingshuiying Coal Mine, and analyzed the major hazard sources of Qingshingying Coal Mine from the point of view of production system. The risk grade of major hazard source is analyzed by pre-risk assessment, the relevant factors and their functions of various hazard sources are found by the method of accident tree, and the comprehensive risk assessment is carried out by using fuzzy mathematics method. A safety evaluation system for major hazard sources in Qingshuiying Coal Mine was constructed. In the complex coal mine production environment, this study provides an applicable system and some key technologies for the Qingshuiying coal mine, which permeates the whole process with the systematic and dynamic ideas. It has direct operational value to prevent and deal with coal mine safety accidents properly, and has practical significance to construct the modern safety management mechanism of Qingshingying Coal Mine and to realize the sustainable and efficient management of coal mine development.
