铜川照金地区中小煤矿自燃规律及防治技术研究

【摘要】:铜川照金地区煤炭资源丰富,煤矿数量较多,绝大多数为中小型煤矿。该地区各开采煤层均赋存有瓦斯,局部区域煤层瓦斯含量还比较高,并且各煤层都属于自燃或容易自燃煤层。照金地区中小型煤矿自燃火灾事故多发,并引起多起瓦斯爆炸事故,造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。开展照金地区中小煤矿煤层自燃规律及防治技术研究对保障区内煤矿安全生产意义重大。 本文开展了铜川照金地区4-2煤层煤样自燃性程序升温实验,测试了不同粒度煤样在不同温度下的耗氧特性、CO、CO2、C2H4、C2H6等气体产生规律,分析了不同粒度煤样的自燃特性参数,建立了CO2/CO和C2H4为主的煤层自燃预报指标气体体系,为自燃监测和早期预报奠定了基础。通过对铜川照金地区实际情况调查研究,得到了照金地区中小煤矿开采条件下,富含瓦斯的易燃煤层自然发火的特点及规律,结合现有各种矿井防灭火技术的术的特点,提出了包括矿井火灾监测,矿井日常防灭火、煤层自燃应急防控等针对性的防灭火技术措施和管理方案。在照金秀房沟、白石崖等煤矿进行应用该技术方案,有效的预防了煤层自燃,成功地处理了局部突发性煤层火灾,保障了煤矿安全生产,说明该方案针对性强,满足了照金矿区煤层自燃防治需要。
[Abstract]:Tongchuan Zhaojin area is rich in coal resources, the number of coal mines is more, most of them are small and medium coal mines. There is gas in every coal seam in this area, the gas content in local coal seam is relatively high, and each coal seam belongs to spontaneous combustion or easy spontaneous combustion coal seam. There are many spontaneous fire accidents and many gas explosion accidents in small and medium-sized coal mines in Zhaojin area, resulting in heavy casualties and property losses. It is of great significance to study the spontaneous combustion law and prevention technology of coal seam in Zhaojin area to ensure the safety of coal production in this area. In this paper, the temperature programmed test of spontaneous combustion of coal samples in coal seam 4-2 in Zhaojin area of Tongchuan is carried out. The oxygen consumption characteristics of coal samples of different sizes are tested and the gas production laws such as CO _ (CO _ 2CO _ 2) C _ 2H _ 4H _ 4C _ 2H _ 6 are measured, and the parameters of spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal samples of different sizes are analyzed. The index gas system of CO _ 2 / CO and C _ 2H _ 4 for coal seam spontaneous combustion prediction is established, which lays a foundation for self-combustion monitoring and early prediction. Based on the investigation and study of the actual situation in Zhaojin area of Tongchuan, the characteristics and rules of spontaneous combustion of gas-rich flammable coal seam under the condition of mining medium and small coal mines in Zhaojin area are obtained, and combined with the characteristics of various existing technologies for preventing and extinguishing fire in coal mines. The technical measures and management schemes are put forward including mine fire monitoring, mine daily fire prevention and control, coal seam spontaneous combustion emergency prevention and control and so on. In the coal mines such as Jinxiu Fanggou, Baishiya and other coal mines, the technical scheme is applied to effectively prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seam, successfully deal with the local sudden coal seam fire, and ensure the safety of coal mine production, which shows that the scheme has strong pertinence. It meets the need of spontaneous combustion prevention of coal seam in Zhaojin mine area.
