特厚易自燃煤层综放开采采空区防灭火技术

【摘要】:针对特厚煤层综放开采过程中工作面推进速度慢、采空区遗煤量大、漏风严重、极易自燃的特点,建立特厚煤层综放开采采空区渗流及扩散数学模型。利用富力矿-380 m前部22#层采空区的特征,对该特厚煤层采空区作出相应的假设,对该工作面采空区自燃"三带"进行划分,最终确定氧化带为采后距工作面25~60 m的范围。根据模拟结果,采取注氮注浆防灭火措施,取得较好的效果。利用该工作面现场数据进行数据拟合,验证防火措施效果,较好地达到防灭火的目的。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of low speed of working face, large amount of coal left in goaf, serious air leakage and easy spontaneous combustion in the process of fully mechanized caving mining in ultra-thick coal seam, a mathematical model of seepage and diffusion in goaf of fully mechanized caving in ultra-thick coal seam is established. Based on the characteristics of the goaf in front of -380m in Fuli Coal Mine, this paper makes a corresponding assumption on the goaf of the extra thick coal seam, divides the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of this working face, and finally determines the oxidation zone as the range of 2560m from the working face after mining. According to the simulation results, the measures of preventing and extinguishing fire by nitrogen injection grouting have been adopted and good results have been obtained. The field data of the working face are used to fit the data to verify the effect of fire prevention measures and to achieve the purpose of fire prevention and fire control.
