超远距离下保护层开采及强化抽采在阳泉矿区的应用研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着煤矿矿井开采强度的不断加大和开采深度的逐渐增加,尤其是煤层透气性差、瓦斯含量比较高的突出煤层开采过程中,矿井的安全生产受到了严重的威胁,长期的理论和实践证明,开采保护层及抽采被保护层的卸压瓦斯是一种十分有效的区域性防突措施。 本文主要是针对超远距离下保护层开采及强化瓦斯抽采在阳泉的矿区的应用进行研究。采用了理论分析、相似模拟、现场测定、数据处理收集、整理的研究方法和手段。通过参考淮南矿区保护层开采的成功案例,并结合阳泉矿区的实际情况,引入了相对层间距的概念。结果表明开采超远距离下保护层并对卸压瓦斯进行抽采后,,被保护层的应力降低,透气性增强,瓦斯的各项基础参数降到了突出临界值以下,彻底地消除了突出危险性。 通过对超远距离保护层开采及强化瓦斯抽采在阳泉矿区应用的研究,将为阳泉矿区提供重要的防突方法,产生可观的经济效益,也会对其它矿区有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing of mining intensity and the increasing of mining depth, especially in the mining process of outburst coal seam with poor permeability of coal seam and high gas content, the safe production of coal mine has been seriously threatened. It has been proved in theory and practice for a long time that the unpressurized gas from mining protective layer and draining protected layer is a very effective regional anti-outburst measure. In this paper, the application of protection layer mining and enhanced gas drainage in Yangquan mining area is studied. The research methods and means of theoretical analysis, similarity simulation, field measurement, data processing and collection are adopted. By referring to the successful case of mining protective layer in Huainan mining area and combining the actual situation of Yangquan mining area, the concept of relative interval between layers is introduced. The results show that after the protection layer is mined and the pressure relief gas is extracted, the stress of the protective layer is reduced, the gas permeability is enhanced, the basic parameters of gas are reduced below the critical value of outburst, and the outburst danger is completely eliminated. Through the study on the application of ultra-long distance protective layer mining and enhanced gas drainage in Yangquan mining area, it will provide an important anti-outburst method for Yangquan mining area, produce considerable economic benefits, and also have important reference value for other mining areas.
