任家庄煤矿11306综采工作面煤自燃规律研究

【摘要】:我国的煤炭资源非常丰富,煤自燃程度却非常严重,这不仅影响了煤矿的安全生产,而且造成了大量煤炭资源的浪费。任家庄煤矿11306工作面断层较多,地质条件复杂,煤层自然发火期短,自燃倾向性高,煤层含有瓦斯,煤尘具有爆炸性,一旦发生煤自燃灾害,将会造成严重的危害。因此,本文研究重点就是该工作面煤层的自然发火规律及相应的预报、预防措施。 通过对采空区煤自燃“三带”理论的分析,,研究了煤的氧化自燃过程,得出了采空区“三带”划分的指标,总结出综采面煤层自燃的特点及规律。 通过煤自然发火实验研究,得出了11306煤层的煤自燃特性参数:浮煤厚度、氧气浓度、漏风强度,并且得出了该煤层最短自然发火期为65天。 通过对11306工作面采空区现场观测,得出了该工作面实际的推进速度以及采空区的浮煤厚度、氧气浓度、CO浓度及漏风强度,并结合煤自然发火实验的结果,最终得出了该采空区“三带”划分范围,确定了自燃危险区域和极限推进速度。 基于11306工作面煤自然升温实验和现场观测的指标参数,用Fluent软件对其采空区内部的氧浓度场及压力场进行了相似模拟,并根据11306工作面煤层的自燃特点及规律,建立了以温度与指标气体监测为主的煤自然发火早期预报体系,并提出了以黄泥灌浆与注氮为主的防灭火措施。
[Abstract]:China's coal resources are very rich, but the degree of coal spontaneous combustion is very serious, which not only affects the safety of coal production, but also causes a large amount of waste of coal resources. There are many faults in No. 11306 face of Renjiazhuang Coal Mine, complicated geological conditions, short spontaneous combustion period, high spontaneous combustion tendency, gas in coal seam and explosive coal dust. Once coal spontaneous combustion disaster occurs, it will cause serious harm. Therefore, the research emphasis of this paper is the spontaneous combustion law of the coal seam and the corresponding prediction and prevention measures. Based on the analysis of the theory of "three zones" of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, the process of coal oxidation spontaneous combustion is studied, the index of "three zones" division in goaf is obtained, and the characteristics and rules of spontaneous combustion of coal seam in fully mechanized coal face are summarized. Through the experimental study of coal spontaneous combustion, the coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters of 11306 coal seam are obtained: the thickness of floating coal, the concentration of oxygen, the air leakage intensity, and the shortest spontaneous combustion period of this coal seam is 65 days. Based on the field observation of goaf of 11306 face, the actual speed of advance, the thickness of floating coal, the concentration of CO and the intensity of air leakage in goaf are obtained, and the results of coal spontaneous combustion experiment are also given. Finally, the "three zones" of the goaf are divided, and the danger zone of spontaneous combustion and the limit propelling speed are determined. Based on the coal natural heating test and field observation index parameters of 11306 working face, the oxygen concentration field and pressure field in the goaf are simulated by fluent software, and according to the spontaneous combustion characteristics and rules of coal seam in 11306 working face, the oxygen concentration field and pressure field in the goaf are simulated by fluent software. The early prediction system of coal spontaneous combustion is established, which is based on temperature and index gas monitoring, and the fire prevention and extinguishing measures based on yellow mud grouting and nitrogen injection are put forward.
