【摘要】：正著名的"冰山理论"于1895年由弗洛伊德和布洛伊尔联合发表在《歇斯底里研究》上,随后该理论被应用到各个领域中,海明威曾将该理论运用到写作之中,从此理论广为流传。弗洛伊德认为,人的人格就像海面上的冰山一样,露出来的仅仅只是一部分,即有意识的层面;剩下的绝大部分是处于无意识的,是看不见的,而这绝大部分在某种程度上决定着人的发展和行为。冰山理论也可应用到安全管理领域,并具有指导意义。一方面,在生产和行为过程中,水面上的事故是冰山一角,水面下可能隐藏着很大的事故隐患,仅凭
[Abstract]:The famous "Iceberg Theory" was published in 1895 by Freud and broyle in the study of hysteria. Then the theory was applied to various fields.
