煤矿井下奥灰水害探查定向钻进装备选配及工艺研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着煤炭向深部开采,水害已日益成为影响煤矿安全生产的重要因素。特别是奥灰水害隐患,是许多矿井必须要解决的重大安全问题。水害防治方案的确定,建立在对含水层地质条件准确认识的基础上,实际中通常采用钻孔探查方法获取相关信息。传统的回转短钻孔探查方案,存在钻孔轨迹不可控、钻遇目标含水层后的有效孔段短、钻孔深度浅、钻孔工程量大等缺点,且由于回转钻孔无法随钻测控,钻遇含水层有效距离较短、不能实现区域超前长距离探查、不能精确计算钻孔空间位置,同时探查精度较低、可靠性较差。实现煤矿水害的精确探查,成为煤矿生产及科研中的又一大技术难题。本论文采用定向钻进技术方案,对奥灰含水层进行随钻测控的精确探查。为了充分发挥定向钻进技术优势,提高探查的效率和可靠性,从以下几个方面进行了深入研究:1.奥灰复杂地层定向成孔工艺研究;2.定向钻进装备与配套钻具优选及改进;3.奥灰水害定向孔精确探查设计技术研究。通过上述重点技术研究及现场试验完善,优化出一套奥灰水害探查定向成孔工艺方法,选配出一套适合于该地区奥灰水害探查定向孔施工的配套装备机具,完善了定向探查设计方法,解决了奥灰上部复杂地层及奥灰地层定向成孔问题,将定向钻进整体工效提高40%;同时利用定向钻孔轨迹可控、可沿目标层延伸、可精确计算钻孔参数等技术优点,对目标层探查过程中定向孔内出现的各类情况实时定位、据实调整,提高了探查的精确性和针对性,满足桑树坪煤矿11#煤底板奥灰水害精确探查的要求,为3105工作面及后续工作面防治水工作开展奠定基础,并为其它同类型定向钻孔项目施工提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deep mining of coal, water hazard has increasingly become an important factor affecting the safety of coal production. Especially, the hidden danger of Ordovician ash is a major safety problem that must be solved in many mines. The determination of water hazard prevention scheme is based on the accurate understanding of the geological conditions of the aquifer. In practice, the drilling exploration method is usually used to obtain the relevant information. The traditional exploration scheme of short rotary borehole has some disadvantages, such as the track of drilling is not controllable, the effective hole section is short after drilling into the target aquifer, the drilling depth is shallow, the amount of drilling work is large, and the rotary borehole can not be measured and controlled while drilling. The effective distance of drilling aquifer is short, which can not realize the long distance exploration in advance of the area, and can not calculate the spatial position of the borehole accurately. At the same time, the precision of exploration is low and the reliability is poor. To realize accurate exploration of coal mine water hazard has become another technical problem in coal mine production and scientific research. In this paper, directional drilling technology is used to detect and control the Ordovician Aquifer accurately. In order to give full play to the advantages of directional drilling technology and improve the efficiency and reliability of exploration, this paper makes a thorough study on the following aspects: 1. Study on directional pore forming Technology of Ordovician complex Strata Optimized selection and improvement of directional drilling equipment and supporting drilling tools. Research on the precise Exploration and Design Technology of Ordovician Water Hazard directional Hole. Through the above key technical research and field test perfection, we optimize a set of technology method of orienting hole for water hazard detection of Ordovician ash, and select a set of matching equipment which is suitable for the construction of orienting hole for water hazard detection of Ordovician ash in this area. The design method of directional exploration is improved to solve the problem of orienting hole in the upper complex formation of Ordovician ash and Ordovician formation, and the integral working efficiency of directional drilling is increased by 40%, and the directional drilling trajectory is controllable and can be extended along the target layer. Technical advantages such as accurate calculation of drilling parameters, real-time positioning of all kinds of situations occurring in directional holes in the process of target layer exploration, and actual adjustment have improved the accuracy and pertinence of the exploration. It meets the requirement of accurate detection of water hazard of Ordovician ash on 11# coal floor in Sangshuping Coal Mine, lays a foundation for water prevention and control work in 3105 face and subsequent working face, and provides reference for construction of other similar directional drilling projects.
