矿用可移动救生舱内室的宜人性设计研究

【摘要】:救生舱内室的设计不应该只关注技术的实现,应是站在矿工的角度上,研究矿工的生理、心理需求,设计出适宜矿工避难的救生舱内室。 整体上来看,美国、澳大利亚已经基本消除了重大矿难事故,其中矿用可移动救生舱起到了巨大的作用,救生舱在矿井下是必须要具备的。我们国家也从国外得到了许多的启示,加紧研发矿用可移动救生舱,由于时间问题、技术问题,我们的研发还处于模仿、借鉴阶段,没有自己的设计思路和理念,还仅仅是停留在救生舱本身的研究上,没有落实到矿工本身,更没有系统的、细致的去研究矿工的心理,得出一些可靠的数据和心理模型,反过来指导设计才会更加有价值和意义,体现出真正地宜人性。 文章以人机工程学、色彩心理学、动机心理学为理论基础,对现有救生舱内室的分析和总结,进而对救生舱内室的布置规律展开探讨。首先,是对现有的矿用可移动救生舱进行对比分析,,得出其优缺点,进而对救生舱的外观和内室做分析,包括救生舱外观的工程尺寸、组成部分等,对救生舱内室做进一步的分析,从飞机内室、地铁内室、汽车内室等做对比得出可借鉴的地方和救生舱内室设计的关键点。其次,是对矿工作深入系统的调研,包含生活背景调查,及避难时物理层次的需要和心理层次的需要,为内室的设计提供依据。再次,是对内室的设计进行宜人性分析,包含空间布局、尺寸尺度的分析、灯光色调的研究等等。最后是内室宜人性的实验验证,在眼动仪实验前要有实验的预判,得出实验数据,归纳出救生舱内室设计的宜人性规律。
[Abstract]:The design of lifebuoy chamber should not only pay attention to the realization of technology, but also study the physiological and psychological needs of miners, and design the suitable lifebuoy chamber for miners to seek refuge. On the whole, the United States and Australia have basically eliminated major mine accidents, among which the mine movable lifebuoy has played a great role, which must be available under the mine. Our country has also got a lot of inspiration from abroad. We have stepped up the research and development of mine movable lifebuoys. Due to time problems and technical problems, our research and development is still in the stage of imitation and reference, and we do not have our own design ideas and concepts. It is still just staying in the study of the lifebuoy itself. It has not been implemented to the miners themselves, and there has been no systematic and detailed study of the miners' psychology, and some reliable data and psychological models have been obtained. In turn, guiding design will be more valuable and meaningful, reflecting the true human nature. Based on the theories of ergonomics, color psychology and motivation psychology, this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing lifebuoys, and then probes into the layout of the lifebuoys. First of all, by comparing and analyzing the existing mine movable lifebuoys, the advantages and disadvantages are obtained, and then the appearance and the inner chamber of the lifebuoys are analyzed, including the engineering dimensions and components of the lifebuoys appearance, etc. This paper makes further analysis on the lifebuoy chamber, and draws the key points of the design of the lifebuoy chamber from the comparison of the airplane interior chamber, the subway inner chamber and the automobile interior room. Secondly, it is the deep and systematic investigation of mine work, including the life background investigation, the need of the physical level and the psychological level when taking refuge, which provides the basis for the design of the inner room. Third, the design of the interior of the pleasant analysis, including spatial layout, dimension analysis, lighting tone research and so on. Finally, it is the experimental verification of the comfortable human nature in the inner chamber. Before the eye movement instrument experiment, there should be a preliminary judgment of the experiment, and the experimental data are obtained, and the law of the suitably human nature in the design of the lifebuoy chamber is concluded.
