基于模糊层次分析的船舶通航风险评估系统设计

【摘要】:船舶系统的安全性是船舶工程中的重要研究课题。对船舶通航风险进行评估可以加强船舶安全性、提高船舶的工作效率。因为地球上的自然资源十分有限,随着水面上船舶通航密度的不断增加,新增船舶航线与已有航线不断地交叉,使得水面船舶通航管理变得十分复杂。本文基于模糊层次分析方法,研究了船舶通航风险评估系统的设计方法。分析了模糊数学以及模糊层次分析方法;探讨了风险综合评估方法及其重要性;总结了船舶通航风险评估因素体系及其构建方法。本课题的研究对于我国船舶通航风险评估体系的构建有着重要的指导作用。
[Abstract]:The safety of ship system is an important research topic in ship engineering. The evaluation of ship navigation risk can enhance ship safety and improve ship working efficiency. Because the natural resources on the earth are very limited, with the continuous increase of ship navigation density on the water surface, the new ship routes cross with the existing ones constantly, which makes the navigation management of surface ships become very complex. In this paper, the design method of ship navigation risk assessment system is studied based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are analyzed, the comprehensive risk assessment method and its importance are discussed, and the risk assessment factor system of ship navigation and its construction method are summarized. The research of this topic has an important guiding function for the construction of ship navigation risk assessment system in China.
