基于WIFI通信技术的矿井通风监测系统研究

【摘要】:矿井通风是金属矿生产过程中的一个重要环节,,是实现安全生产、防止安全隐患的重要措施。有效合理的通风不仅能满足矿井生产的通风要求,而且对确保创造良好劳动环境和抑制火灾起着至关重要的作用。 为更好的解决地下矿通风安全问题,本文提出了构建基于WIFI通信技术的矿井通风监测系统,具体包括以下方面: (1)对比分析多种无线通信技术,结合井下实际应用确定基于WIFI的矿井通风监测系统的可行性。 (2)对无线传感器、网络体系结构以及无线传感网络进行分析,并根据通风监测系统的要求,确定各传感器(温度传感器、湿度传感器、气体浓度传感器及风量智能传感器)的应用环境; (3)井下通风环境监测。通过智能传感器完成现场数据的采集,通过温度传感器、湿度传感器、粉尘浓度传感器及风量智能传感器等,实现生产工作面和巷道内的粉尘浓度、井下温度、湿度和风量的实时监测; (4)井下数据传输。通过WIFI通信技术发送不同的地址依次控制各智能传感器执行测量工作,并读取和存储其测量数据;并将所测数据进行集中分析处理,判断报警,并形成各种统计报表、曲线或计算机文档; (5)风机的控制。使用单片机控制风机的运行。设定风机运行过程中可能出现的问题,并对不同问题作出相应的处理办法,用单片机完成对风机的自动控制。 本系统优化了传统的矿井通风监测系统,将WIFI技术、无线传感器技术、单片机技术及计算机网络技术等相互融合,针对金山口铜矿实际情况进行通风监测系统设计,可以全面、实时、自动地对井下通风数据进行自动记录、存储、处理,实现了矿井通风监测的自动化、智能化、层次化、网络化。
[Abstract]:Mine ventilation is an important link in the process of metal mine production and is an important measure to realize safe production and prevent hidden danger of safety. Effective and reasonable ventilation can not only meet the ventilation requirements of mine production, but also play a vital role in creating a good working environment and controlling fire. In order to solve the problem of underground mine ventilation safety better, this paper proposes a mine ventilation monitoring system based on WiFi communication technology, which includes the following aspects: (1) comparing and analyzing various wireless communication technologies, The feasibility of mine ventilation monitoring system based on WiFi is determined in combination with underground practical application. (2) the wireless sensor, network architecture and wireless sensor network are analyzed, and according to the requirements of ventilation monitoring system, The application environment of each sensor (temperature sensor, humidity sensor, gas concentration sensor and air volume intelligent sensor) is determined; (3) underground ventilation environment monitoring. Through the intelligent sensor to complete the field data collection, through the temperature sensor, humidity sensor, dust concentration sensor and air volume intelligent sensor, the dust concentration in the production face and roadway, underground temperature, etc. Real-time monitoring of humidity and air volume; (4) downhole data transmission. Through WiFi communication technology to send different addresses to control the intelligent sensors to carry out the measurement work in turn, and read and store the measurement data, and centralize, analyze and process the measured data, judge and alarm, and form various statistical reports. Curve or computer documentation; (5) Fan control. Single-chip microcomputer is used to control the operation of fan. The problems that may occur in the operation of the fan are set up, and the corresponding treatment methods are made for different problems, and the automatic control of the fan is accomplished by using a single chip microcomputer. This system optimizes the traditional mine ventilation monitoring system, integrates WiFi technology, wireless sensor technology, single chip computer technology and computer network technology, and designs the ventilation monitoring system according to the actual situation of Jinshankou Copper Mine. The underground ventilation data are automatically recorded, stored and processed in real time and automatically. The automatic, intelligent, hierarchical and networked mine ventilation monitoring is realized.
