煤层水平钻进轨迹监测系统开发

【摘要】:针对瓦斯探放孔钻进过程中无法及时了解钻进参数导致的钻孔分布不合理情况,开发了一种煤层水平钻进轨迹在线监测系统。该系统通过集成在钻头端的多种传感器采集钻头的姿态信息,采集到的姿态信息经过为该系统设计的一种特殊通信钻杆传输到操作人员可视的人机界面,为钻进过程提供有效的参考依据,并将钻孔轨迹绘制在三维煤层中,从而评价钻孔的分布是否合理。
[Abstract]:In view of the untimely understanding of drilling distribution caused by drilling parameters in the process of gas exploration drilling, an on-line monitoring system for the horizontal drilling trajectory of coal seam is developed. This system collects the attitude information of the bit through a variety of sensors integrated at the bit end, and the acquired attitude information is designed for the system. The special communication drill rod is transmitted to the human-computer interface which the operator can see. It provides an effective reference for the drilling process, and draws the drilling trajectory in the three dimensional coal seam, so as to evaluate the rationality of the drilling distribution.
