基于结构化模型的飞行人误分类分析系统开发

【摘要】:飞行中人的因素已成为限制安全水平提高的关键因素。因此深入挖掘人误机理,研究其发生的特点和规律并提出预防措施,成为了亟待解决的重要问题和提高民航安全水平最有效的途径。 本文针对飞行人误的识别与控制进行了以下研究:综合分析现有民航从业人员人误理论,重点针对信息加工理论、HFACS和HERA-JANUS分类分析模型的指标体系进行整合、优化和修订;创新性地融合飞行任务类型,建构了飞行人误结构化分类分析模型,深入挖掘了飞行人误的内在机理,并开发了飞行人误致因辨识流程图,提高了人误分类分析的准确性和一致性;基于该模型对国内外近二十多年来51起典型飞行人误事故/事故征候分类分析后进行描述性统计分析和多维关联规则分析,通过数据挖掘找出人误发生规律,针对“事前—事中—事后”进行了全面的飞行人误屏障技术研究;最后利用Java语言开发Web应用程序的优势,采用B/S结构设计和数据库技术,设计开发了基于结构化模型的飞行人误分类分析系统,实现了飞行不安全事件的基本信息管理、分类分析、统计分析、事件查询等多个模块的功能,完善了国内民航类似系统的不足,提供了一个有效的飞行安全信息管理平台。 本文从飞行人误理论、技术和工程化应用等角度深入探讨,旨在修改完善原有人误理论,构建结构化飞行人误分类分析模型并进行系统开发,具有一定的理论和应用价值。
[Abstract]:The human factor in flight has become the key factor to limit the improvement of safety level. Therefore, it has become an important problem to be solved and the most effective way to improve the level of civil aviation safety to dig deeply into the mechanism of human error, to study the characteristics and rules of its occurrence and to put forward the preventive measures. In this paper, the identification and control of human error in flight are studied as follows: comprehensive analysis of the existing human error theory of civil aviation personnel, focusing on the information processing theory HFACS and HERA-JANUS classification analysis model index system integration, optimization and revision; Combining the types of flight missions innovatively, the structural classification analysis model of flight human error is constructed, the inherent mechanism of flight human error is deeply excavated, and the flowchart of flight human error cause identification is developed. The accuracy and consistency of human error classification analysis are improved, based on this model, descriptive statistical analysis and multidimensional association rule analysis are carried out on 51 typical human error accidents / accident symptoms in recent twenty years. Through data mining to find out the occurrence rule of human error, a comprehensive research on the technology of flight human error barrier is carried out on the basis of "beforehand, during and afterwards". Finally, the advantage of developing Web application program with Java language, the design of B / S structure and the technology of database are adopted. A flight human error classification and analysis system based on structured model is designed and developed. The functions of basic information management, classification analysis, statistical analysis, event query and other modules of flight unsafe events are realized. Improved the domestic civil aviation similar system insufficiency, provided an effective flight safety information management platform. In this paper, the theory, technology and engineering application of flight human error are discussed in depth. The purpose of this paper is to modify and perfect the original human error theory, to construct a structural model for the classification and analysis of human error and to develop the system, which has certain theoretical and practical value.
