矿车运动对巷道粉尘浓度分布影响的CFD仿真

【摘要】:矿车的运动对巷道粉尘的浓度分布很大,尤其是在风流的影响下,针对逆风、无风和顺风的情况,运用Fluent对巷道中粉尘的分布规律进行模拟仿真。结果表明:矿车运行时,巷道两壁和上方空间会产生大量粉尘;顺风矿车时,巷道粉尘浓度分布比较均匀;逆风矿车时,巷道粉尘主要集中于矿车尾部,对其研究为更好地设计和布置喷雾降尘装置提供了参考。
[Abstract]:The movement of mine car has great influence on the concentration distribution of dust in roadway, especially under the influence of wind flow, aiming at the situation of headwind, no wind and downwind, the distribution law of dust in roadway is simulated by Fluent. The results show that a large amount of dust will be produced in the two walls and the upper space of the roadway, the distribution of the dust concentration in the roadway is more uniform when the downwind car is running, and the dust in the roadway is mainly concentrated in the rear of the mine car when the car is running against the wind. The research provides a reference for better design and arrangement of spray dust control device.
