危险化学品安全管理追溯系统

【摘要】:危险化学品作为一种特殊的商品,不仅广泛应用于工业生产,也在平时的生活中有着多种作用。由于危险化学品不同于一般商品,具有易燃、易爆等特性,所以在生产、存储、运输、销售以及销毁方面,都有着严格的规定。基于上述背景,本文重点研究危险化学品的安全管理与全程信息可追溯系统的建立。 论文的主要内容如下: 1)研究了安全管理追溯系统实现所必需的关键技术和方法,即关于危险化学品由生产到销售整个供应链模型的建立、危险化学品供应链各阶段关键溯源因素的分析,进行了识别异常数据的神经网络算法及统计学算法的研究。 2)建立了危险化学品安全管理系统的整体框架,对系统进行了整体结构设计和子系统的设计,并详细的分析各个系统的功能,在系统整体设计的基础上对系统进行基于UML方法的建模,并对整体和子系统进行静态和动态建模。 3)开发了危险化学品安全管理追溯系统的软件客户端,分析软件开发的编程环境,对系统及其子系统的界面和功能进行设计,并以实例来对系统进行软件测试。
[Abstract]:As a special commodity, hazardous chemicals are not only widely used in industrial production, but also play a variety of roles in daily life. Due to the fact that hazardous chemicals are different from other commodities, they are flammable and explosive, so they are strictly regulated in production, storage, transportation, sale and destruction. Based on the above background, this paper focuses on the safety management of hazardous chemicals and the establishment of traceability system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the key technologies and methods necessary for the implementation of the safety management traceability system are studied, that is, the establishment of a supply chain model for the whole supply chain of hazardous chemicals from production to sale. Based on the analysis of key traceability factors in each stage of the supply chain of hazardous chemicals, the neural network algorithm and statistical algorithm for identifying abnormal data are studied. 2) the overall framework of the safety management system for hazardous chemicals is established. The whole structure design and subsystem design of the system are carried out, and the functions of each system are analyzed in detail. Based on the overall design of the system, the system is modeled based on UML method. At the same time, the static and dynamic modeling of the whole system and the subsystem are carried out. 3) the software client of the hazardous chemicals safety management traceability system is developed, the programming environment of the software development is analyzed, and the interface and function of the system and its sub-system are designed. An example is given to test the software of the system.
