煤自燃阶段特征及其临界点变化规律的研究
[Abstract]:In order to study the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion stage and the change rule of critical point, 10 coals with different metamorphic degrees were tested by simultaneous thermal analysis, infrared functional group test and programmed heating test. The influence of different factors on the characteristic parameters in the process of coal spontaneous combustion and the phase characteristics and critical temperature points of each stage in the low temperature and high temperature period of the combustion process were obtained. The temperature programmed experiment and the simultaneous thermal analysis experiment measured the characteristic parameters of coal in the process of spontaneous combustion at low temperature and high temperature, and obtained the change law of oxygen consumption, activation energy value, oxygen absorption amount and enthalpy value of coal. Finally, according to the change of activation energy of coal, the combustion temperature is divided into sections, and the critical temperature of each stage of coal is found out. Fourier transform infrared analysis (FTIR) technique has been used to measure the number and variety of functional groups in coal during low temperature oxidation. According to the test results, the macroscopic and micro critical points of functional groups in low temperature period of coal have been summarized. At the same time, in order to investigate the relationship between coal characteristic parameters and critical temperature points, the correlation degree is fitted, and its mathematical formula is obtained.
