火区隔离技术在浅埋深煤层矿井中的应用

【摘要】:为防止邻近矿井火区影响板定梁塔煤矿井下安全生产,利用采空区三维激光扫描技术、地面钻孔和灌注塑性水玻璃凝胶及天固充填材料,在板定梁塔煤矿井田边界成功构筑了1道防火隔离墙。通过分析钻孔内气体温度和CO浓度变化趋势,考察了火区的隔离效果,结果表明:隔离区域内的检测钻孔内气体温度由66℃下降至36℃,CO体积分数由593×10~(-6)降至34×10~(-6)以下,有效阻止了朱家沟煤矿露天剥离开挖火区向板定梁塔煤矿井田蔓延。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent the nearby mine fire area from affecting the safe production of Banding Liangta Coal Mine, the goaf 3D laser scanning technology, the plastic water glass gel and the filling material of the ground drilling and pouring are used. A fire barrier has been successfully constructed at the boundary of the Bandingliangta coal mine. By analyzing the variation trend of gas temperature and CO concentration in borehole, the isolation effect of the fire zone is investigated.
