冰雪环境下高速公路安全运行管理及紧急救援系统研究

【摘要】:冰雪环境下,高速公路的路面行车条件变差,能见度变低,稍有不慎,就会导致交通拥堵和事故的产生,考虑冰雪环境对高速公路行车安全的影响,论文对冰雪环境下高速公路安全运行管理提出了相关对策,并结合理论的研究,开发了一套适用于冰雪环境下的高速公路安全运行管理和紧急救援系统软件。 首先,本文归纳总结了国内外在冰雪检测和控制方面的一些经验和不足,提出论文研究的技术路线,并对冰雪环境下高速公路安全运行管理和紧急救援系统的内容进行了详细的阐述,由此提出了系统应具备的功能和性能要求。 其次,通过分析冰雪的成因规律及致灾的机理,,从道路、驾驶员、行车环境三个方面做出了冰雪对行车安全的影响分析,并对冰雪环境对行车安全的致灾机理进行了简要分析。 再次,基于ADAMS/Car的评估模型的建立,对冰雪环境下的高速公路行车安全进行了评估,并提出了冰雪环境下高速公路交通疏导与控制策略以及多种方式的可递达信息发布技术的研究。 然后,对于因冰雪环境所引发的高速公路事故做了影响时间和影响范围的研究,并给出了分流路径的行车时间计算公式,通过行车时间的计算得出最优分流路径,研究了紧急救援的机构和各个机构的处理事件的职责,并给出了救援最优路径的算法。 最后,利用VB和ACCESS软件,开发了一套能够普遍应用于高速公路路段的冰雪环境下高速公路安全运营管理及紧急救援系统软件。
[Abstract]:Under the ice and snow environment, the road traffic conditions of the expressway become worse, the visibility is lower, and a little carelessness will lead to traffic congestion and accidents, considering the influence of ice and snow environment on the safety of freeway traffic. The paper puts forward relevant countermeasures to the safety management of freeway under the ice and snow environment, and develops a set of theoretical research. It is suitable for expressway safety operation management and emergency rescue system software under ice and snow environment.
First, this paper summarizes the experience and shortage of ice and snow detection and control at home and abroad, puts forward the technical route of the research, and expounds the contents of the safety operation management and emergency rescue system in the ice and snow environment, and puts forward the functions and performance requirements that the system should possess.
Secondly, the influence of ice and snow on traffic safety is analyzed from three aspects of road, driver and driving environment, and the disaster mechanism of ice and snow environment to traffic safety is briefly analyzed.
Thirdly, based on the establishment of the ADAMS/Car evaluation model, the highway traffic safety under the ice and snow environment is evaluated, and the traffic guidance and control strategy under the ice and snow environment and the information release technology of multiple ways are proposed.
Then, the influence time and the influence range of the freeway accident caused by the ice and snow environment are studied, and the calculation formula of the running time of the shunt path is given. The optimal shunt path is obtained through the calculation of the running time. The responsibility of the emergency rescue organization and the processing events of each machine is studied, and the best rescue is given. The algorithm of the path.
Finally, using VB and ACCESS software, a set of software for safe operation management and emergency rescue system of freeway which can be widely used in freeway snow and ice environment is developed.
