地面顺层钻进在煤层底板高压岩溶水害区域超前治理中的应用

【摘要】:朱庄煤矿深部采区太原组灰岩含水层具有高承压、强富水、补给充沛、无垂直分带性、存在强径流带和垂向导水通道、与奥灰有水力联系等特点,自6煤开采以来多次发生底板灰岩突水事故,最大涌水量1 400 m3/h,严重威胁矿井的安全生产。Ⅲ631工作面回采过程中发生多次灰岩涌水,针对Ⅲ631工作面水文地质条件及底板水害特征,通过引入石油领域地面水平井钻探工艺,采用地面顺层水平井和侧钻分支水平井钻探手段对涌水段及未采段进行精确有效探查,再结合高效的地面高压注浆控制工艺,对探查到的涌水通道及原生溶隙、构造裂隙等进行注浆改造,完成了工作面涌水快速封堵及区域超前治理。
