基于通径分析的露天矿违章诱发事故的驱动力研究

【摘要】:在某露天矿2015年反违章记录与事故通报基础上,将习惯性违章进一步分类,整理出作业性违章、装置性违章、管理性违章和违反作业标准4个指标数据,采用通经分析法定量分析诱发事故发生因素的驱动力。结果表明:在一次事故中作业性违章是主要诱发驱动力,而且违章前违反作业标准经常是发生不安全行为的前提,所以违反作业标准的间接驱动力最大,作业性违章发生时如果不及时制止员工会进一步降低作业标准;在一次事故中违反作业标准和管理性违章是次要驱动力。如果长时间得不到纠正就会直接导致事故的发生或间接地影响员工的行为选择和习惯,从而促动员工诱发作业性违章的倾向。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the anti-violation record and accident announcement of a certain opencast mine in 2015, the habitual violations are further classified, and the four index data, namely, operational violation, device violation, management violation and violation of operating standard, are sorted out. The driving forces of inducing accidents were quantitatively analyzed by means of general meridian analysis. The results show that: in an accident, the main induced driving force is occupational violation, and violation of operating standards before violation is often the premise of unsafe behavior, so the indirect driving force of violating operational standards is the largest. If the worker is not stopped in time, the operating standard will be further lowered; in an accident, the violation of the operating standard and the management violation are the secondary driving forces. If it is not corrected for a long time, it will directly lead to the occurrence of accidents or indirectly affect the behavior choice and habits of employees, thus motivating employees to induce the tendency of occupational violations.
