全国工贸行业安全监管工作现场会在重庆召开

【摘要】：正2017年2月23日至24日,全国工贸行业安全监管工作现场会在重庆召开。国家安全监管总局党组成员、副局长李兆前出席会议并讲话。李兆前指出,2016年,全国工贸行业按照年初国务院安委会安全生产工作要点和总局党组工作部署,以防范和遏制重特大事故为目标,以企业安全生产标准化、隐患排查治理体系"两项建设"为主线,以粉尘防爆、涉氨制冷和有限空间作业"三项治理"为重点,突出较大危险因素辨识管控,坚持治理突出问题与加强基础

Li Zhaoqian pointed out that in 2016, the national industry and trade in accordance with the work points of the State Council Security Committee and the work plan of the Party group of the General Bureau at the beginning of the year, in order to prevent it. In order to control serious and serious accidents, the standardization of production safety in enterprises and the "two projects" of hidden danger investigation and control system should be taken as the main line, and the dust explosion-proof, ammonia-related refrigeration and the "three measures" of limited space operation should be emphasized. The identification and control of major dangerous factors should be emphasized, and the outstanding problems and foundation should be strengthened.
