安全心理学的核心原理研究

【摘要】：为促进安全科学的理论研究,完善其基础原理的内容,在充分认识安全科学原理体系的基础上,分析研究体系中的安全心理学原理。首先提出安全心理学原理的定义并论述其内涵。然后根据人的心理学现象,总结归纳出安全心理学的7条核心原理,即感觉阈值有限原理、知觉差异原理、情绪作用原理、行为激励原理、素质培养原理、个性匹配原理和环境刺激原理。建立安全心理学原理的车轮式体系结构。阐述各核心原理之间的逻辑相关性。最后将核心原理应用于事故顺序模式分析和安全管理实践工作中,结果表明,这7条核心原理具有完整性和实用性。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the theoretical research of safety science and improve the contents of its basic principles, the principles of safety psychology in the research system are analyzed on the basis of fully understanding the system of safety science principles. Firstly, the definition and connotation of safety psychology principle are put forward. Then according to the phenomenon of human psychology, this paper sums up seven core principles of safety psychology, that is, the principle of feeling threshold limited, the principle of perceptual difference, the principle of emotional action, the principle of behavior motivation, and the principle of quality cultivation. Personality matching principle and environment stimulation principle. The wheel architecture of safety psychology principle is established. The logical correlation among the core principles is expounded. Finally, the core principle is applied to the analysis of accident sequence mode and the practice of safety management. The results show that the seven core principles are integrality and practicability.
