基于信息传播的安全教育通用模型构建研究

【摘要】：[目的/意义]信息传播新视角下安全教育通用模型的构建研究,明晰了安全教育实施过程的影响要素并进行分类,有利于指导安全教育管理工作、促进实现安全教育信息化、提升安全教育体系管理水平和提高安全教育效果,这一研究具有较强的实践意义。[方法/过程]根据信息传播视角下安全教育研究的内涵,梳理并推导出安全教育传播的5类基本要素和9条拓展要素。在此基础上,构建安全教育DIA通用模型及受教育者信息接受和利用的过程模型,对模型进行概念分析和应用分析。最后以企业安全管理培训为例展开DIA模型的应用说明。[结果/结论]研究发现,信息传播视阈下安全教育模型为安全教育方法和体系研究提供了严谨的理论知识,有利于引导安全教育理论研究从"零散化"走向"体系化",有利于指导构建、评价和优化安全教育理论体系。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the study on the construction of a general model of safety education from a new perspective of information dissemination clarifies and classifies the influencing elements of the implementation process of safety education, which is conducive to guiding the management of safety education and promoting the realization of information for safety education. It is of great practical significance to improve the management level of safety education system and improve the effect of safety education. [method / process] according to the connotation of the research on safety education from the perspective of information dissemination, five basic elements and nine extended elements of safety education communication are sorted out and deduced. On this basis, the general DIA model of safety education and the process model of receiving and utilizing the information of the educated are constructed, and the conceptual analysis and application analysis of the model are carried out. Finally, the application of DIA model is illustrated by the example of enterprise safety management training. [results / conclusion] the study found that the safety education model under the visual threshold of information dissemination provides rigorous theoretical knowledge for the study of safety education methods and systems. It is beneficial to guide the theoretical research of safety education from "scattered" to "systematization", and to guide the construction, evaluation and optimization of the theoretical system of safety education.
