金施尔康片工艺危害分析

【摘要】：金施尔康片是中美上海施贵宝制药有限公司的主要产品,一旦在生产过程中发生安全事故,会造成巨大的人身财产损失。 本文针对金施尔康的生产工艺的过程及安全特征,对重大危险源进行了分析及辨识。并在此基础上,选择了合适的安全评价方法,对金施尔康的生产工艺的安全性开展了安全评价,研究中利用假设分析(如果….那么….)方法,通过小组讨论,头脑风暴等形式,具体分析每一步可能存在的危险、有害因素,可能产生的后果。并基于此,合理制定了安全措施或减少风险的措施,落实了安全责任部门。论文针对金施尔康生产过程中主要风险点-粉尘爆炸,开展了粉尘爆炸试验研究,并根据粉尘的爆炸特性的测试结果,运用风险矩阵法进行安全分析及评价,合理制定了减少风险的措施。 本文所提出的分析方法具有普遍适用性,可运用于一般制剂药品生产过程的安全分析。
